I went and looked at one of these new after seeing it in the movie. Price at the time meant I couldn't get one, but then years later my Fiancé bought me the exact car I would have bought originally. Beautifully Saffron Coupe with two tone cream leather interior, sunroof, 2.3Turbo and an amazing stereo.
When I first saw this at the cinema, I loved that underground car park scene and expected it to build to an exciting chase through the streets, but as they reached ground level, it just fizzled out to nothing. Such a wasted opportunity. We should have a release of the original version of the film. And today, 04 April, is its anniversary, being released in the US this day in 1997
The Saint was a Cool Likable movie back then Val Kilmer Should Like a Direct a New-Version of it maybe with Like Some one New to the Role of Simone the Saint and Volvo should also Design a New Sports-car for the Movie AsWell...
