You make valid points mate, but manufacturers will save money on leaving upgrades to the buyers. It's good that you're raising awareness on the level of kit you get on these bikes.
    Keep up with the videos

Personally I'd rather spend my money,
Upgrading to my own choice of spec .
As you're not guaranteed that the manufacturers will upgrade the components with the best latest spec available .
I'm sure you can get brakes with ABS , as my new controller has a ABS connection .
    Great video.....
Look forward to the next one.....👍
When you doing the rain challenge Gee ? 😂💦💦

You know what? Was watching a video earlier about ipx7 batteries UL batteries in a ipx6 bike. They had the batteries in a washing machine before they put them back in the bike. Surprising it’s not Engwe. 😂

If I ever get around to owning an e-bike of any sort, a pair of four-piston calipers; 180mm/2.3mm rotors; and ceramic pads are the absolute bare minimum for me to start feeling confident of its safety and performance. I live in a hilly area with crazy traffic and that's the kind of setup I'm running on not one, but two of my folding bikes (one a fully rigid Dahon Hemingway and the other a full-suspension Dahon Jetstream) and they're not even electric.
