    之前做了原味雪媚娘,深受大家喜爱。 今天一起来做”草莓皮雪媚娘”。这次采用了新鲜草莓来制作雪媚娘外层mochi糯米皮,完全无色素,天然浅红色,非常梦幻~ 里面包裹了满满的蓬松奶油糖霜和一整颗草莓。冰箱定型后胖胖圆鼓鼓,冷吃非常冰凉,像雪糕一样,酸甜清新爽口。糯米皮好Q弹柔软顺滑,可以拉丝得好长。放冰箱隔夜也不会干哦。
    收藏方式:收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却2天。要更久,建议冷冻。要吃时再解冻更能保持长时间的柔软。
    Previously made original flavor Xue Mei Niang (Snowball Mochi) recipe, loved by everyone. Today let’s make “Strawberry Skin Mochi Daifuku”. This recipe uses fresh strawberries to make the outer layer mochi glutinous rice skin, no food coloring at all, natural pink, so dreamy~ It’s loaded with light fluffy whipped cream frosting and one whole strawberry. After set in fridge, they look so round and plumped, eat them cold, sweet tangy, refreshing and delicious, like ice cream. The outer skin is so elastic, soft and can be stretched so long. It won't dry overnight in the fridge either.
    Storage Method: Store them in airtight container chill in normal fridge for 2 days. For longer storage, recommend freezer storage. Thaw before eating to maintain softness for longer period.
    ♦Ingredients食材=10pcs Strawberry Mochi Daifuku草莓皮雪媚娘=
    ♦Recipe (Hemisphere Dome Silicone Mould, Diameter: 7cm)
    =10pcs Strawberry Mochi Skin 草莓糯米皮= (About 33g/pc)
    110g Fresh Strawberries (Diced, remove leaves) 鲜草莓(切块,去叶)
    70g Milk 牛奶
    106g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    24g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
    40g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    1g Salt 盐
    20g Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油
    (Steam on boiling water for 10-15minutes, high heat)
    (沸腾水上蒸10-15分钟,大火)
    =Whipped Cream Frosting 奶油糖霜=
    300g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold) 动物性淡奶油(冷)
    30g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    12g All Purpose Flour (Baked) 中筋面粉(烤过)
    2g Vanilla Extract 香草精
    =Fillings=
    10pcs Fresh Strawberries 鲜草莓
    Cornstarch (Dusting) 玉米淀粉(防粘)
