1998 Chevy C1500 Coolant Leak Sympthom

My 1998 Chevy 1500 is having this coolant problem where my coolant leaks all of a sudden over night from the being used. I had a similar problem like this when I had my 1997 GMC Sierra Z71 except that truck had a blown head gasket. I don't know if it's coming from the water pump or if they're is bad hose somewhere. The truck only has about 132k miles.
