    Well done to Sim Hound for listening to feedback and reacting, it is now an interesting proposition at the current price point. Thank you for the update Karl would be interesting to see a higher rated DD on the rig for comparison.

    Massive 👍 for Simhound for being so quick to listen to their potential customers and coming up with an excellent solution.
    Nice to see a company be so pro active and forward thinking, I would be seriously tempted when funds allow, cause for the ££ it's an impressive bit of kit 🤤

    Hi Karl. Your reviews are awesome, just found your channel yesterday. I started with a gt omega classic wheel stand, now I'd like to upgrade with the rear piece and a gt omega chair. In another video, you mentioned comparing the rs xl to the rs9 seat. Do you still intent on doing that review/comparison? Can't find it in your upload list.
    Keep up the great work!

    This looks interesting, for financial ease I opted for the NLR WS 2.0 and will be looking to get the GT Seat addon for it later this year (Benefit of living alone, I can turn my front room into a sim room, visitors will just have to deal with it :P).

    @BBGunOcelot Před 2 lety +1

    Great video, Karl. Seriously considering this to go with a CSL DD I have coming (Currently using GT Lite). I notice you have the GT Omega RS9 seat attached. Did you have to source any separate brackets to fix the RS9 to the rig? Such as the brackets that are an optional extra on the Sim Hound site, or does it bolt straight on to the bottom bars? Just something I need to figure out before ordering. I quite like the RS9 chair, plus I'm on a fairly tight budget and don't want to spend £300-£350 on a chair as well. Thanks.

    Sorry if this has already been asked, or answered somewhere else, but are you able to say how this compares with the Trak Racer TR80? I'm torn between the two and I'm not sure if the TR80's more raised pedal plate would be a benefit. Thanks and I enjoyed the review.

    • @KarlGosling
      @KarlGosling  Před 2 lety

      They are very similar (same size profile) so should perform similarly, the raised pedal deck is a big difference but so is the price! For almost £100 less (including a seat) you can buy a GT Omega Prime which is a full size ally profile rig!
