veganism is in bad light becuz of the vegans themselves. They have so much high superior feeling and feel themselves that they are doing something good by not eating animals products. They shame everyone who is not a vegan. Also vegans are not saving planet by eating only plant foods. If we go deeper into it, crops are grown in cultivated lands. To get a cultivated land we have to prepare the land which involves cutting of trees and various methods that causes displacement of the animals from their habitat.
Then there is pesticides and insecticides which are meant to kill pests and insects which are also animals so yeah.

I watched that video and looked at the evidence cited. None of those studies conclude evidence of harm. They are either on mice or haven't controlled for confounding factors.

Concerning this Pasteurization of milk I agree we should have milk which is Pasteurized as raw milk contains harmful bacteria it is either advisable to atleast boil the milk but avoid raw milk at the most

i get the caloric deficit part about losing weight , but then why is there a recommended amount of sugar daily (about 36 or 100 calories). Shouldn't you be able to eat any amount until it's within your caloric limit
Sugar is needed in order to get glucose that is supplied to the brain and to provide energy to cells.
If you calorie count then you're automatically limiting. If you don't, then you should follow the recommended limit
Even my mom boil milk and then add curd to it.

@pranavradhakrishnan - I don’t think trusting brands is good advice. A lot of brands have misleading names to sound healthier than they actually are. Sugar and salt content in a lot of these products like ketchup is pretty high. I would recommend people to do their own research.
