I was playing a older version of GFM with serbia and it had this decision called "little london" that gave +0.05 pop but they missed the decimal so it gave +50% pop growth and this one city got to 50mil population

from another perspective, this type of state formed in the XIX century may be a lot more gentle or benign for the balkan people compared to what we get in the XX century, but it all depends on the route the goverment should take, if they decide to embrace a parliamentary democracy like the UK it should be well, if they go the same path as imperial russia or austria hungary... it will fall apart pretty quick

You should play Bulgaria, fun nation but spawn them in one state because in there revolt it is basically impossible to beat

Played Serbia , won most of my cores but Ottomans and Austrians weren't so happy about it so coalitioned me out

Often I encounter this problem
I win wars against big powers, anger them, end up partitioned
Had Russia as my ally as Serbia, but they chose Austrian ally over me, making it all more sad

Serb supremacy, Serbia is truly the best Balkan nation, until a certain alliance comes around and decimates Belgrade. But hey, that can't happen yet, I think
