- Moldavia in Victoria 2 is a very small nation. They are forced to assist the Ottoman Empire in every way because the Ottomans have puppeted them. However, Moldavia has a goal of forming Romania and becoming a world power.

Honestly the Ottomans falling was a disaster for the Balkans and Middle East, even the Ottoman war machine wasnt as intense as all these nationalist pogroms everywhere

While a population exchange isn't eugenics per se it IS a pretty basic definition of ethnic cleansing and would fall under modern international law regarding the definition of genocide. A person's most basic ethnic makeup doesn't preclude them from having a unique culture based on history and geography. So the Turks living in Romania-Bulgaria-Hungary would have a unique culture to those that would be living in Turkey proper, a history, culture and community that would be lost based upon the forced exchange of population between one state and the other. it's like the difference between Irish culture and Irish American culture.

To be fair slavs and greeks living in post ww1 turkey would have faced discrimination and enforced cultural assimilation ( same things would have happened to turks still living in greece).

Not... really? Eugenics is planned breeding to get a result desirable to the overlord, in simple terms. I don't know if there's some other meaning of eugenics, but this is an exchange where Turks living in Bulgaria-Hungary can migrate to Turkey and vice versa.
There was a population exchange between Turkey and Greece IRL in 1923 due to both countries housing a considerable minority of each other's nationality/religion. Funnily enough, after a quick Google search it seems religion was the bigger factor in the migrations.

In the wars with Serbia and Bulgaria that Italy joined, you could’ve just peaced out Serbia or Bulgaria individually even if they’re not the war leader. You had 100% on them so they’d have to accept, then Italy would’ve just asked for white peace, sooner or later
In this case Italy had been declared the war leader so I couldn’t seperate peace. I think that is a HPM and onward feature though
@@SGT As long as you’re the war leader, you can always separate peace anyone independent in a war. Unless GFM specifically changes this somehow, I’ve just never seen a mod change that
