Inspired by your effort I was gonna modify my SF Tactician but after measuring it wall at 1.69mm I realised that after taking out .1.4mm needed to fit 18650 it leaves 0.29mm remanding tube thickness.. I guess they don't make them as they used to.. Good vid by the way..!!
I'm sorry to hear that, but there is 2 good things I've found out since this video. 1 is that you can buy or make custom lights at lighthound. Com if I recall it's been a few years, and if you have a lathe, you could just make a new cap, and tube to thread the head in to. Its a good little side project that you maybe will enjoy.
