I have 1200 miles on mine it still has the new fell and stiffness, it hurts after a couple hours and they say it will get a bit softer, but it’s a bad ass seat
Mine is the same at 4000 miles. I'm actually looking for a new seat because I'm tired of that hard seat on my ass. My wife rides on the passenger and she has complained about the same. Do you know of any softer seats? or any recs?
@@bknoxx just FYI I went out and bought the LePera seat... Jesus night and day difference for the passenger. It’s. But wider for the driver but overall no complaints holds me in the spot perfectly.
Does his Nuts hurt when riding over an hour straight? My flipping nuts hurt with this seat. I’ve tried moving them around and what not. Tried different riding pants and even sitting differently but still killing my nuts and a little of the Taint spot too lol. Ugh. I’m all potatoes with a little meat lol.

The stock seat sucks (especially on long rides) but im looking into whiplash slipstream for our 2018 FXBB. Did the saddlemen break in at all? I sat on a saddlemen step up on a FXBB at @ironsteedHD in vacaville CA and it just felt too wide stiff and blocky for me. Been to arrowhead HD last year. Cool peeps. we bought from chandler HD. Buddy stubbs cave creek had a cool museum
Hey brother! I think the saddleman is going to need more hours with an ass in it in order to break in more. Its still pretty stiff. I have found that LaPerra is similarly stiff too. Have u looked into Corbin?
AZ Triumphster Havent looked at corbin. Gingybeardman ditched his saddlemen stepup for a whiplash slipstream on his fxbb street bob and loves it. I really wanted to like the saddlemen step up but just didnt like the stiffness. It raises u up and pushes u closer to the bars. Also it feels really too wide and blocky for me bot comfy to sit on. Maybe u have to break it in?

Could you flat foot it with the LaPera?
Not sure, never tried it. But on the Sportster the la pera had similar ergos to the saddlemen
Ok thx. Being able to flat foot is my preference so I'll get taller apes and angle them towards me
What size handlebars?
Those are a 12" bar on the stock clamp. I also am running a 12" bar on the stock clamp on my 2019 Slim. What bike do you have?
