Arnold once said that if he had Lou Ferrigno's genetics he would have built a physique that would have been unbeatable for many years to come. Lou had an overall better physique. He just didn't have Arnolds brain, charisma, ambition, humour and ruthless personality to take it to another level.
His physique won him 7 Olympia's so.....

What I like about Arnie is the fact that despite the fact that he was cocky in his youth (no doubt partly a result of steroid use, which boosts your confidence), he never took himself too seriously. Today he does not take himself too seriously at all.

When Arnold took breaks from the juice he actually looked more like a swimmer or a track and field athlete, nowhere close to a BB. Goes to show how much the gear really have to say in terms of muscle size, hardness and vascularity. The "only 5% advantage" statement is silly at best. Haney pulled the same line and it's laughable. It's more like 60%. Slimming down in between the roiding is something todays BBs should take notice of. Today they never take breaks but stay on all year around, and they bulk up unhealthy in between contests. They also do insulin and HGH in addition to diuretics and stuff like Tren. No wonder they don't last as long. Arnold did only honest roids like Testosterone, Primobolan Depot and perhaps some Decca.
