agreed!
I'm so addicted to watching your videos. The scenery always sends me to a dreamy state wishing I was experiencing this in person. Congrats on 100k
I love Tahoe, best vacation place in my opinion 👍
The most beautiful place on the planet Earth. LOVE YOU, MISS YOU;
LAKE TAHOE!!!!
Nothing like a watching a relaxing video on a cold Sunday afternoon. Thank you ❤
Lake Tahoe: Used to go there a lot when I worked in Sacramento.
I'm home in Toledo, Ohio and it's 36 degrees outside and that's considered mild. I escaped to Nevada for 26 minutes and 22 seconds to view beautiful Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. What a wonderful adventure, if only in my mind. Thank you again, Robert, and as always, have fun and be safe.
Indeed.. Robert is our * Magic Carpet Ride* Such a gift.
I'm in Detroit. I feel for you!
That's exactly why I moved from Montana to California. Wasting no time, I graduated from school and was in California before the graduation ceremony.
Wow!! Just wow! Lake Tahoe is definitely in my top 3 favorites of your 2019 #SummerSeries and now on my bucket list! Thanks for an awesome tour. Seeing those sights backed by your music was just AWESOME!
One of my favorite places in the world. Lake Tahoe! So much to see there. Hopefully next time you visit you’ll have more time to see the area. Wish you would have had time to go to Reno. I lived there as a teen and loved it. Weather is amazing there in the summer.
The reason for the inspection station is to make sure no agricultural pests come into the state from outside. It is the state that grows much/most of our food. They’re not as much worried about the stuff the Mexican border agents check for, for example...so not that nefarious.
The Lake Tahoe footage was outstanding. I've (Lou) been in that area in the winter & can't wait to experience it in the summer.
The scenery & drone footage was amazing.
Lou & Angie 💚❤
Great videos Robert. I've been to Yosemite & Tahoe many times & these videos brought back many memories. As Roy Rogers & Dale Evens used to sing: Happy Trails to You!
Lake Tahoe is beautiful, thanks for taking us along! Looks like you had a great time at the meet up! Congratulations again on 100k!

This guy reminds me of a my uncle!
Just doing his thing! love it !
Dude - just found your channel. Love your accent and your monologues. I live in Seattle and really enjoyed your vlog on the city, you did a great job with it. Keep it up!
Hi Robert, and greetings from very cold and very wet Belfast in the north of Ireland. I've been to New York twice and several times to Orlando to the parks, but watching your videos of the west coast of the USA really wets my appetite to try a road trip in your footsteeps once the kids have flown the nest lol. Thank you very much for keeping us so entertained, and travel safe.
I recently discovered Traveling Robert and his fabulous videos and music. Like him putting a sticker
on each state he visits, I am going to post this comment on all the videos I watch! You da man, Robert!!
Was always mesmerized by Michael Corleone's house; We're really wanting to do a trip to Lake Tahoe soon. Thank you for all of the videos. We always know we can go to your channel and enjoy what we'll be watching,,, and listening to :)
Thank you ! 😎
I lived in Petaluma for 30 years. It's a nice town, especially for California, since an effort has been made to save all the historic homes and commercial buildings. They instituted growth limits in 1972 that lasted until about 1990. The pressure for new housing finally caused the city to let more homes be constructed, but still many fewer than other California cities of similar size. A predicable side effect was houses spiraling upward in value, shutting out the low and middle income people the growth limit plan supposed to. The town grew from about 17,000 when I moved there to about 55,000 when I left in 2005. The prices for everything, the crowding, and waiting for the next earthquake convinced me to sell out and leave. Still, it's a town well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Congrats on the 100K subscribers!! Much deserved!! Happy travels :)
Beautiful thank you
Thank you for another great video.
Love it at the end... where Robert waves out the window. 👋🛣
Congrats on your 100k subs Robert. Another great video from the master!
Loved this one Robert! Lake Tahoe is sure beautiful, I've traveled that stretch on 80 out of Sacramento area a lot, Petaluma a place I've known, lived in Sonoma County for years! Enjoyed that you took time to change oil, car wash, interview and see two state capitals and have a meet-up.. There's new music in this one too, you've out done yourself again. Thanks so much for this road trip!

Always look forward to your videos after my Sunday walk. I think I could spend a summer exploring Lake Tahoe. I looked up the bike trails in the area and looks like there are some good ones. Your gratitude for reaching 100,00 Subs was very refreshing. Love what you do.

Excellent video and views.
#159 Good morning, Robert. I was at Carson City in 1965, and the Capital was not blocked by trees. The Capital City is the smallest populated one at the time. More like a County Center. Traffic was non existent and parking was easy.
I'm glad to hear that you drive the speed limit or less when towing! I do too but we are in a very small group unfortunately.
Very nice job on the video Robert. Congrats on hitting 100K!
Another Sunday morning, another episode of the 2019 road trip! Congrats on reaching the 100K milestone, Robert! I expect you'll be getting a youtube creator award to put on your wall soon! Lake Tahoe is a beautiful spot, and it's nice to ride shotgun with you as you drive around it. By the way, I was in Yosemite Valley earlier this week...blue skies. temps in the low 60s and....no crowds!
Lake Tahoe is absolutely breathtaking; I didn’t realize it was quite a rather large stretch of 💦; thank you for capturing it’s beauty from various focal points. 🦅
Love it
Way to go! 100,000 subs
Great videos and I dig the narration. But, That damn RV song has been running like a loop all day through my head! HAHA Keep up the great vid's and happy safe travels!
We love Lake Tahoe. What a beautiful area. I love the way you give your information.
Thank you. Can't wait to go back next year.
@@TravelingRobert Did you go to the Ponderosa Ranch
I want to visit this place very beautifully
Congratulations on 100K subscribers!
lake tahoe is a nice town been there a few timec camping and such very pretty couintry
I love skiing Tahoe and loved the Godfather series!
"Get to the choppa!" ... "Fly Pelican Fly!"
I have lived in the Carson/Tahoe area for about 18 years and I never get tired of Lake Tahoe! I snowboard almost every weekend in Tahoe in the winter. I shop at the Costco by that RV park ,in Carson City, almost every weekend.
Where can you live there where it's nice and affordable? Both Carson City and Reno are so close to nature.
Lake Tahoe and Carson City do seem very nice. I'd like to sit on that bench by the war memorial and take it all in. Thanks to you I was able to enjoy it from my easy chair.
BEAUTIFUL footage, cool idea to do an around Lake Tahoe tour! I would love to see how you plan your trips, and maybe a sort-of break down of expense planning you do. That would be educational and helpful. Thanks for all you do!
Drove around the lake in the same direction as you back in 2004 when I did the ABC tournament in Reno! Really enjoy your videos!
Lake Tahoe is beautiful. The trees. Interesting about its creation. It would be a place I would go back to. Hope it is affordable for the little people.
Hi Robert. Congrats on reaching 100k 🎊🎉🎊🎊🎊🎉🎉
Will be retiring near there soon.
It's Funny. Nevada means in Korean. or means four or 4, or means sea or ocean, respectively.
I've been to lake Tahoe twice. Both back in the 70s. I was 12 and 16 at the time. The first trip had my most memories. 2 of which are no longer around. The infamous CalNeva on the north shore. Our family was stay almost across the street and we had lunch there. At 12 years old, the visual sight of half the building inidated with slot machines and the other none. I didn't know at the time of any other weird thing, but it seems there is a bit of history that is now gone. We also went to the Bonaza Ponderosa ranch. Also, was the only time I ate at a AW Root beer burger joint.
Hi Robert, many thanks for sharing this gorgeous video here which I watched with great pleasure and particular attention since it reminds me of my favourite western series 'Bonanza' ( which I enjoyed so much as a youngster and which,if I remember correctly, was filmed near Lake Tahoe :))))Best wishes and cordial greetings from William across the Big Pond.
Love me some Tahoe...Favorite place on planet earth, not that ive been around that much....Am from the bay area about 3 hrs away and an avid skier so have been to the lake many many times ...Am a big fan of the winter time there especially when there is heavy snow fall...Its a winter wonderland !!! Plus i got all my little go to places for things to do...One of my favorites is to take a little ride into NV. and visit Virginia City for a day ...REMEMBER BONANZA ??? Ton of other things going on there along with the casinos also...The surrounding areas are kewl to like Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville, and one of my favs Genoa....Its a place worth a vacation in your lifetime believe it...
Como te gusta el oeste, a mi también, es precioso. 💖💖💖💖💖🍻🍻🍻
its amazing how growing up here you lose that wow factor of how amazing it really is, that is until you visit another "beautiful" lake!
saludos from Argentina!!!!!!
Oh wow now I know why the who's who talk about Lake Tahoe stunning beauty
Neat seeing familiar scenery in your videos. Living in the Bay Area, I been to Sacramento many times. I always wanted to stay at that KOA.
Kudos on changing the music.😁😁😁
Lake Tahoe is such a nice place to visit, pho Quoc island 🌴 Vietnam is where I’m at filming/also Thailand very beautiful
Really enjoying your travelogues, you have a talent for great video and narration. Keep 'em coming. Also, Tahoe is beautiful isn't it? And, loved the even better, a friend with a boat comment. Been there, isn't that the truth.
Awesome trip to my favorite lakes and Lagunitas is one mile from my house in Petaluma. Next time your here I’ll take you on a tour of our ukulele manufacturing facility (KALA) in Petaluma. Keep up your great videos!
Merci pour ce tu fais Robert , c'est formidable je m'imagine que je suis avec toi au USA , alors que moi j'habite tres loin de toi bravo...
This episode invokes memories of my childhood at those same locations fifty years ago.
So glad to see it is all still there and I can't wait to see the big trees next week.
Additionally, is it possible to make an RV amphibious so you could just cross that lake?
there is an amphibious rv but its way way way expensive also thank you Robert for the picadillo recipe , i make it once a week now !
