    I did this a year ago and struggled the whole way through, tried it again after consistently working out through the pandemic 5-6 days a week and I felt so strong at the finish. Thank you Simone and Women’s Health!

    then hip doesnt work that way so to try to get a tuen our without any turnouy is so stupid and frustrating ...your hip IS turned out

    This is the best-made body workout video I have ever seen. It is simple and effective, with energetic background music. I trained my self almost 3-4 times a week. I feel refreshed every time when I complete the training. Thanks for the sharing.

    I tried this 2 years and gave up in the first cardio session. But I’m back and just completed the whole thing! Still can improve but I’m so proud!

    I really recommend this workout! i come to this video since 2016.i do lifting,sometimes cardio but for my figure this is enough 3x a week besides a healthy diet..this workout is my fitness test,when i deside to start working on my body (besides being a mom and houshold)i do this routine til i can keep up with simone here,then i go heavier dumbells and add arm and footweightchains or do more reps when i want more musclemass.👌👍

    First time working out because I want to have Tyla's body ..the singer.... everyone's telling me I can't have that body and it's just giving myself false hope and I definitely want to prove them wrong.I'm in Africa and I learnt of your workouts from Revenge Body and I wanted to work with you...I know I can... I'm really sweating rn😅thanks alot

    Body by Simone is life changing for sure. In 2019 she got me with her fresh mommy workout. Huge fan ever since.

    This was incredible. I am basically a human slip 'n' slide right now, but I am very thankful! Simone and her crew were professional yet fun, energetic and encouraging. It was tough but really fun!
