The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has developed an online complaint management system known as the EPF Grievance Portal. Here, PF members can voice their troubles regarding their PF account. Problems arising in PF transfer, PF withdrawal, or PF contribution can be addressed via the EPF Grievance Portal. This portal is available to all pensioners, employees, and employers.

ठेकेदार ठेका लेता है सर्व सम्मति से। मगर ठेका लेने के बाद ठेकेदार घाटी काम करता है। बदले में वो नगर अध्यक्ष और मुख्याधिकारी और संबधित कर्मचारी वा अधिकारियों को कमिशन देता है। जो के सबका तय होता है 10 % नगर अध्यक्ष 5% सी ओ। और किसी का 2% और किसी का 3%।। पर 100 ने से 2 ईमानदार नगर सेवक होते है। जो इस प्रथा के खिलाफ होते है और चाह कर भी कुछ नही कर सकते।
किउकी कहीं भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती और थक कर खामोश बैठ जाते है।
हमारे इलेक्शन को 3 वर्ष होने को आए और हम भी हर मुमकिन कोशिश कर के थक गए है। शायद हमारे लेटर लिखने का तरीका गलत हो सकता है जिसके अंदर कोई कानूनी धारा नहीं होती। आपसे विनती करते है आप इस पर एक वीडियो बनाए के किस तरह हम उन ठेकेदारों के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही करे। लेटर किस तरह लिखे लेटर लिखने का तरीका कैसा हो। और किन किन विभाग को लिखे। कानूनी धाराओं का उल्लेख कैसे करे। सभी जानकारी आप अपने वीडियो में दे हमने और कई लोगो ने यूट्यूब पर गूगल पर सर्च करके देख लिए ऐसा कोई वीडियो किसी ने नहीं बनाया।
आपके वीडियो देखकर लगता है के आप इस तरह का वीडियो बना सकते हो।

Or ek baar employer ne PF office walo b cal kya lekin PF office walo ne b koi sapustikrn nhi dya.....

Active income is earned from regular work where as passive income is earned from investments made.
Date of Exit ke liye isme koi option nahi hai....ya toh PF commissioner ko email likhna parega, jaise app video banaye (pata nahi mail bounce karega ki nahi kyun ki ESIC grievance or Labour Commissioner ka email ID kam nahi karta) or nahi toh dusra option under grievance against Employee se kuch try kiya ja sakta hai.

Sir I sachin maruti mhamale joined Autocal Engineers on 10/6/2019 and left the company on 31/1/2020.at that time I had dropped the DOE and filled out Form19 and 1OC to get the PF. I re-entered the company on 16/6/2020 and I left the company on 31/12/2020. But I'm having trouble removing this PF right now. Now my system is showing form19 and form10C. sir how can i remove pf
i got a message saying that my pf will be credited on 23 jan but it never got credited and now i have registered a greivance but they have replied saying "Sir/Madam, in reference to your grievance it is intimated that your claim form is being under process as and when the same will be settled then intimate through message." but my claim status is showing "claim settled". what should i do ?

Mera pf claim maine 29 nov 2019 ko dala tha aur 14 dec 2019 ko claim reject ka message mere paas aaya usmein likha tha ki plz clarify NCP/ WAGES for the month of ( 07/ 2017 2 ) payment not deposited by the employer. Uske baad maine company( HR) ko iske baare mein bataya to usne kaha ki jo banda hamara pf ka kaam dekhta tha woh naukari chod diya hai. Usi ki wajah se aapka pf reject hua. Ismein ek mahina ka time lagega. Ek mahina baad phir maine Company HR se baat ki to usne kaha ki sirf aap akele nahi ho kafi logo ka records kharab karke gaya hai thoda time aur lagega. Uske baad lockdown ho gaya ab lockdown ke baad hi hoga bola. Sir kya mein company ke against pf office mein online complaint kis tarah kar sakta hu to bataye 4 mahina se kafi pareshan hu.
