Sir, I was worked in Reliance industries ltd. at there Patanlganga unit.( Near Mumbai) I opted VRS IN 2003 JUNE, COMPANY ACCOUNTANT COLLECTED Form:10D, MY Pension started at the age of 52 year. ( My carrent age is now 60), ₹543/- only PM, It's not increase @ age of 58, Even Central govt. Declare, of minimum pension of₹1000/- I contacted RIL Account department. Now they are replying me that, Company is under ( As our company is exempted organization (In resp of PF ) we are not eligible for any increase in pension amount.) Company have own trust of PF ACCOUNT. I want to exit from RIL , Pension account. Please guide me. And Please communicate with this ID, My email address is mohanrangdal7@gmail.com.

I left job last year after two years of working in ECI from April'16 to May'18. And in June'19 I applied for withdrawal of PF & Pension online. After 1week my claim settled & I got full settlement amount for both. So, can't say about this concern properly as I was also registered in EPFO in 2016.

Even they have made it mandatory to complete kyc in pf portal that means employees pan, bank and adhaar details should be updated on pf portal and the portal accepts only when all the information is exactly same in each card. Employer is holding salary if the kyc is not complete on pf portal. I have witnessed there are employees who have not received salary for last six months.
It seems, Govt. had only interest to bring unreported worker under PF security cover..New jobs does hardly happen when there is no requirement in the organisation.. While withdrawing against Form 10D, age is 58+, also service period is 13 years without any break. But still while claiming I get error like service is less than 10 years. DOJ and DOE is also correctly mentioned. I tried multiple times. Don't know who has created or developed...all this exception are not properly handled resulting people are suffering to get their own hard earn money.

I came out after 16years of service. So.my pension amount will be given only at age 58 and it will not accrue interest also ? Is this true? Also nobody told us that we could contribute more towards pension. Only 8.33% of the ceiling amount was contributed. Whereas I was earning much more per month. Now is there a way to get pension of 50 % of last 12 month salary as directed by Supreme Court ? Also my Superannuation fund accumulation should be given to.me after tax, but the company will transfer the entire amount to LIC and LIC will give a very small interest of 5-6%, which will be only about Rs 5000 per month life long. I have requested the company to hand over the accumulation to me so that I can invest and earn better returns for my living expense as I am not working any more. But the company insists on handing it over to LIC. Is there a law for this. Thank you for your wonderful channel.
Our PF Department required too much reshuffle the service they are providing is very poor. Bank will do better than pf office, govt. should think about. Decision of PF withdrawal should be of employee instead withdrawal rule of Govt. Even if employee work for one month or in working.

While withdrawing against Form 10D, age is 58+, also service period is 13 years without any break. But still while claiming I get error like service is less than 10 years. DOJ and DOE is also correctly mentioned.
I tried multiple times. Don't know who has created or developed...all this exception are not properly handled resulting people are suffering to get their own hard earn money.
I have filed RTI on ministry of labour and welfare under its PF dept . as for no reason they failed by amount of advance withdrawal be entering incorrect details . Checked UAN portal where all details were correct already of my bank. We need a proper organisation to raise our voice

Ha ek kam zaroor hona chahiye, Pension Scheme ek hi honi chahiye chahe kahin se bhi invest karen. Iska aur intrest sabhi ke liye barabar hona chhaiye. Har employee ko isme invest karna chhaiye aur Individual bhi is plan me invest kar payen... AISA KUCHH HONA CHAHIYE

Same case with me, I tried withdrawing my online but couldn't withdraw it because of same reason as you said.....I am in big trouble...I had some plan to utilize my PF amount for my personal work but now I feel trapped... please sir way out and help us amend this nonsense rule by PF department. I want to withdraw my PF amount ... that's it....I am not asking government to pay me their money...I simply wants my money to be credited in my account....my online claim got rejected that totally disappointed me

I came out after 16years of service. So.my pension amount will be given only at age 58 and it will not accrue interest also ? Is this true?
Also nobody told us that we could contribute more towards pension. Only 8.33% of the ceiling amount was contributed. Whereas I was earning much more per month. Now is there a way to get pension of 50 % of last 12 month salary as directed by Supreme Court ?
Also my Superannuation fund accumulation should be given to.me after tax, but the company will transfer the entire amount to LIC and LIC will give a very small interest of 5-6%, which will be only about Rs 5000 per month life long. I have requested the company to hand over the accumulation to me so that I can invest and earn better returns for my living expense as I am not working any more. But the company insists on handing it over to LIC. Is there a law for this.

Our PF Department required too much reshuffle the service they are providing is very poor. Bank will do better than pf office, govt. should think about.
Decision of PF withdrawal should be of employee instead withdrawal rule of Govt. Even if employee work for one month or in working.

Ab toh pension ka paisa total 10 saal ki service ke baad nikal sakte hain chahe kisi bhi company mein ho. Ya agar koi job chhoddta hai agar 2 month ki unemployeement hai toh pura paisa nikal sakta hai.

I m also completely against this so called paise khane wala rule. Bcoz muze bhi pension amount nhi mili hai ab tak work kiye hue kisi bhi company ki.
