Why Renting is Better than Owning in 2023?

- Parati na nating nakikita online yung STOP RENTING AND START OWNING - It’s as if people who chose to buy properties look down on those who chose to rent. It doesnt automatically mean na owning a property is a better choice than renting lalo na sa panahon ngayon.
So why do I think renting is better than owning this 2023?
"Focus on what's best for you, not what society expects of you."
This is really helpful in educating the mass, especially yung older generation na fixated sa idea that owning is always better than renting in all cases.

I'm glad my husband didn't listen to anyone but me when we bought our townhouse 12 yrs ago. I worked at LandBank in the Philippines before but I'm not an investment expert. I will say, I just used my common sense when I explained to my husband why buying a house was the right route for us. Our rent goes up every year and we are only allowed 1 covered paid parking garage. Not to mention we live in a 1 bedroom apartment. Our house in WA was our best investment. We sold it last year, moved and bought a new house in SC with the proceeds. (BTW, our rent was the same as our mortgage).
The title of this video should be WHY RENTING CONDO UNIT IS BETTER THAN OWNING IN 2023?
Good points, and good comparison. At the end of the day, choose what's best for you pa rin. And, there is no tax in renting.

I'm an OFW kya hindi pko nkatira sa Pinas but i bought a house n lot. My plan is to rent it out habang wala pko sa country. Then pag mag settle nko sa Pinas, either will resell it or make it my retirement home.
