How to start investing in your 20s?

Wala pa akong narinig na nanghinayang sa real estate investment nila when they were younger.
One of my biggest regrets is that I didn't start investing in real estate until i’m in my 30s. So what is the main reason bakit kailangan umpisahan ang real estate investing habang ikaw ay nasa 20s pa?

Me too regretting not to start investing early,nakabili ako ng lupa at age of 27 pero pero diko naman alam ang gagawin so nakatiwangwangn for decade 2021 pinatayuan ko ng 4door apartment,doon ko nalaman ang laki pala ng pangngailangan Sa bahay,obviously profitable Talaga ang real estate,mapapasayang nalang ako😍😍salamat sir dami ko natutunan silence viewers mopo ako😊

most 20's don't have high income level to support a condo loan. most condo projects also prefer bank over pagibig so the 30 year loan is really hard to push at your 20's. If possible, do it! But if not, start kahit hindi condo. But the rental income might not be that high, but of course if passive, go for it! Really appreciate this kind of content. Good for discussing with fresh grads and entry level pips out there.

I agree! Probably mid to late 20s. There are condo developers now partnered with Pag-IBIG who can give 80 to 90% loan approval.:)
