You know I prefer Asian style blades. Especially Nihonjin style. I like all edged tools. I simply prefer Asian styles.
Kiridashi, is like a big Xacto knife. A very precise cutting tool.

보통 가죽 가공용으로 쓰이는 날의 형태입니다.
