    I don't feel (when I do the exercises) that there's *that* much of a muscular difference between this and the single-arm DB row that you superset this with in your 60 Days to Fit program. Perhaps I'm missing something in my execution?

    You dont wanna keep your chin high. Keep it neutral.

      Wrong. You always wanna keep your chin high because else you are looking down and you don’t get the activation in the lats that this exercise give

    Very ineffective workout chest supported dumbbell will just work instead of this
