Hi , try doing cable flys with a straight arm and slightly leaning forward . Do let me know how much more intense muscle contractions are . Try it , your arms must look like crucifix pose of ring gymnasts

Tension doesn't shift to your traps, that just isn't how muscles work
Another mistake is doing this exercise instead off the low to high one because that exercise targets the hard to grow upper chest while this one targets the easy to grow unaesthetic lower chest

You have to contrive to straighten your arms (push them forwards) from about three-quarters of the way through the ROM as they come round in front of you. If you can't get anywhere near then you may be using too much weight.
How about you just lean over where the spine is horizontal.
I feel like that’s not good advice. If the movement is controller then having the shoulders roll back is natural and gives a better stretch

This is not correct entirely, the correct way sud be leaning forward but don’t too much and imagining u are bringing ur elbow near to each other without rotation of forearm or shoulder
