Having lived in the SW most of my life, I'm watching this in awe. I enjoyed this so much! My fiance and I can't wait to move east and we are making a list of shorts with places we love. I've looked at a few houses online and I can't wait until we can finally make the jump and move somewhere in this area. 🤗 Just wanted to say thank you for making these videos. @@TeamSztanyo can you find a home in fort Thomas for $160k or 200k at most ? how often does tornado destroy home in this area ? is there a Muslim community in this area ? Should I look for Huntsville Alabama or here or somewhere in north Kentucky?
@@husainp100 Sometimes you can, yes. They tend to go quick since it's a very desirable school district. Tornados? Maybe something as serious as we saw every 10 years or so. Can't speak to Alabama. Muslicm community - icgc.us/

Thank you! Good question ... I haven't made that video yet, but should. Really depends on the neighborhood you choose. You can find affordable areas on both sides of the river - just depends on what you want in terms of amenities, commute, etc.

I have lived in Fort Thomas 10 years, I must say it's so horrible. If the most exciting thing is high school football burn your city to the ground.
Do other races live here?
Not really, Ft. Thomas is predominantly white.

Ha haaa! You got me started now .. I lived in FT. T for yrs!!! 11 $outh was our local gang , lol because the number 11 tank bus went right to the Southside of FT. T. LOL. anyways I did make a lot of friends living there. I went to HS there, which is an extremely hard school, very hard to pass, they do have a good school there. Ppl are genuinely nice , the police suck ass! They get you for extreme petty stuff.. the police is the worst thing about the town. When you proclaim the best place to live , I disagree , . It's not the best . It's the richest place , you got to have money , and I guarantee nobody that lives in Ft. T . is on food stamps and section 8, unless they got a very small welfare area now days . I'm not sure , I avoid going thru Ft. T. everytime I go thru Ky... i havent been there in prolly 15 yrs , but i do know this for a fact , when i went to highschool there in the 90's it was all white.. I'm just saying .. it really was , they might have a handful of blacks and Mexicans there now , i mean a literal handful, it ain't gonna be many. It is not a racist town. None of my friends i went to school with were racist. It's a very wealthy town.... Reds and Bengals players live there . Slash from Guns and Rose's, his son lives there , and other celebrities too. I hated Highlands highschool, but that's only because it was so damn hard to pass.. I did eventually graduate tho, but I failed twice , in the process of it . If you have money and can be a generally good person , you'll like it there. But I'm warning you.. dont let the police get on you, once you get in trouble there , for anything , even a traffic ticket. They will harass you and pull you over everytime they see you... all my hatred for that town comes from the police. Not the town itself or the ppl. Shit, I still have a whole lots of friends there , but I never go there ...
Besides the 'Trump Truck' and no person of color seen, what is the diversity in Ft. Thomas. Yikes!

It's pretty much all white, though there is a tiny Hispanic population. Ft. Thomas is way less diverse than similarly sized Newport.
