    I prefer working out in the early morning. For me it is best for mental health with the serotonin released I get full day benefit. Also my philosophy is to get the most important things done first in the morning and off my list. Thanks for explaining so clearly. 😊

    I prefer working out in the evening around 5pm. Because I feel lazy and tired in the morning and I'm a college going student that's why I don't get much time in the morning.

    I also like working out in the morning. It sets a good time for an eventful day. Also, please make a video on how and when to rotate between different workouts?
    Just checked the workout. How Can I take Saturday and Sunday off with Push-Pull-legs and Lower and Upper body split workouts? Please guide me .One more question, sorry to bug you unnecessarily, should we follow the sequence of the exercises given in the PDF sheet the way it is mentioned?

      Hi Vivesh, if you follow the workout routine regularly and keep your diet clean and high in protein (2.2 g per kg weight) then you can see the results in 12-15 weeks if you are a beginner.

      @FitnessMyLife  Před 2 lety

      What's your maintenance calories ? In cutting be in a slight calories deficit (10-20%). Keep your protein at least 2.2g per kg body weight (156g) , 30-35% carbs and rest fat.

    Thnx brother for this video. I'm facing problem in evening workout for my work routine. Is it possible to perform workout in empty stomach? I do my workout in moderate volume in home just to keep my self fit. If It's not possible in empty stomach than what I can take as pre workout meal to perform workout in quick after meal as I've to move for my office too!

    • @FitnessMyLife
      @FitnessMyLife  Před 2 lety +1

      You can certainly do workout empty stomach but as it does burn more fat but the only downside is your muscles may go in catabolic state which leads to muscle loss along fat loss. I suggest eat one banana(carbs) and 2-3 eggs whites (protein) or 1 scoop whey protein before workout.

    If you are working for fat loss you must workout in fasting period to use your stored glycogen. This is also required for diabetics and life-style ailments reversal programme. However it is more important to work-out than to work-out in morning or evening !

    • @FitnessMyLife
      @FitnessMyLife  Před 2 lety +1

      I agree that with fasted workout, you can burn more fat however the downside of this is, it burns the muscles as well which we of course don’t want..As our objective is to burn fat and preserve / gain muscle mass. Thats why I didn’t include that point in my video.. but thanks for your comment😊👍
