Wonderful video man, I really appreciate someone who really took the time to really find out what differentiates them in the key points that they need to be separated at.
Hello. Congratulations on an excellent thorough review of both headphones. You have really show the full practical use of BOTH headphones. This gives me so much to use in making my own decision due to being far better informed than by other reviewers. There is so much to a decision but you have nailed it by enabling my own valid informed choice. Many thanks. Alan Gold
Hi thank you for the great review. After viewing this I still can't decide... I just want to get a headphone that I can sit in the library/office and study for hours. Which one do you prefer more? Also, is the active noise cancellation working for both headphones when they're wired? Thank you :)
I watched this video, I bought both headphones and tried them out. I then bought Beats for $350 Special Edition and kept them I love them. ThankX for the video
Such a coincidence that i just happen to learn the existence of the wh-1000Xm2 earlier today and was wondering what difference it had compared to my MDR1000x. This was a very convenient coincidence.
petrifiable it’s not coincidence, google knows your searching history and they analyze them and push new oriented vids to you. And the them, suddenly, amazon knows, I’m guessing you’ll get one soon.
Patrick Banks is right. When I start looking at a product every ad is about one of the products I had recently looked at and all my recommended videos changed based on the last videos I've watched.
I understand what you guys are saying but this was one of those instances where i had it the other way around. That is why i even thought it was worth mentioning. I found the product on Amazon first without any recommendations then TheGamingAudiouphile (which i'm subscribed to) just happen to upload this video then and i saw it in my subscription videos, not recommended list.
Ok was not aware. I was talking newer codecs like sony's ldac and aptxhd, I thought they were higher res than that to better preserve lossless files like wav aiff flac cd and 24 bit. You are right if your files do not exceed 3-400kbs than any difference would be essentially unnoticeable. For those that do stream tidal and play lossless files there should be a definite difference. Great review. did you test the wire connection sound quality?
Tigerex966 Yes I've heard both wired. The Sony's have more treble extension when wired. Overall they both sound similar to their wireless modes when wired.
Hi all May I know which one got best Noise Canceling function? I just bought a hear on 2, and I'm very shocked how come WH-H900N can't blocked public bus engine sounds... Thanks!
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO IVE BEEN WAITING AND LOOKING FOR A REVIEW OF THESE TWO HEADPHONES. I'm still not sure what to buy, anyone have any more suggestions :(
does the Sonys give enough volume with the S8 ? i tried many headphones but the built in Amp of the S8 seems very average. n i couldnt get loud volume from the headphones.
I'm a regular flyer and would say the Bose are a must ! Can where these for 11 hr flight with no discomfort. The noise cancelling on the Quiet 35's are much better than the previous 25 version which I also owned.Bought these for wireless and Google assistant.Cant compare with Sony has I have used these.
The best review so far. Articulated well and knowledgeable! Thanks man! I'm going to go with the Bose. The II series sold me. I was on the fence with the initial versions of Sony and Bose but can't go wrong with Bose. The clean noise cancellation is always a plus.
Great video review! If you have to choose one, in terms of comfort, in my case when I go to the gym, I like listening to music, but also to have them hanged around the neck, which one is the winner in terms of comfortness? Thank you
What are the bluetooth versions on both headphones? Can anyone give me to any prooflink? I couldn't find any info on official sites. At Apple it says 4.0 for QC35 II, that's pretty sad. :-(
Mpamphs Kangourosaurous No, they have better sound with noise cancelling on all modes. But with noise cancelling on its lowest effectiveness, it blocks out enough noise for me while sounding significantly better than anything from Bose and the WH-1000Xm2, easily.
I Use Mommentum Over ear,Focal Listen, P7s,P5s, as my everyday HF. But none of them are perfect , for Example I love the Soundstage of Mommentums, The Flat sound of Focals, And the Deep progressive bass of P7s, But all of them have problems like the Mommentums are way over bright , Focals are great for long period listening but boring , And P7s+p5s sound amazing but they luck SoundStage ...Does these PX have better soundstage ? Thanks for your time.
I'd say in terms of features, yes the Sony has a definite edge over the QC35. In terms of sound and absolute noise cancelling performance, the QC35 has the edge.
deezzy There's objective measurements from innerfidelity and rtings that show the QC35 as sonically superior to the Sony's. They're both great headphones with pros and cons respectively.
cuttyone70 Yea, it's well known it can summon a limited version of either assistant but so can the QC35 II with its play/pause button all while having a much more advanced version of Google assistant onboard.
EXCELLENT COMPARISON! I tested both at Best Buy and came to the exact same conclusion. Bose sound slightly better imo. I have tried many headphones. But you definitely have to try the bluedio vinyl plus. It's one of the best sounding Bluetooth headphones ive tried. To me it sounds better than the Sony's and on par with the Bose. It has nice strong punchy bass with a very good clean midrange.
h1a8 I have both and the Sony does sound better. But i guess audio is subjective. I do prefer the Sonys though for sound quality as i am running them on my mate 10 pro with ldac and i have FLacs saved on the phone. ANC also goes to Sony, don’t like that cabin pressure feeling with the Bose. I switch between the 2 often though but recently it has been Sony. If you want a good review from a reputable source look for JimsReviewRoom here in CZcams.
My concern with the Bose, is the battery can not be replaced. The way I understand it, on the Sony headphones, the battery can be changed, is this true?
I was going to buy the Bose on Amazon, mainly because of the comfort factor, and then I read a whole load of Amazon reviews saying how bad the Bose bluetooth connectivity is, with constant 'stuttering' and even losing a track completely. This obviously affects the enjoyment of music significantly. What's your take on this?
Hi! On the QC 35 II, is it possible to disable the Google Assistant reading messages, without disabling the Assistant completely? I own a smartwatch, so when I receive a message I'd rather glance at my watch than having the music interrupted 😉.
3:44 Is that correct grammar? I’m not a native english speaker, but I feel like the are should be singular since the subject of the sentence is singular... Am I wrong or is this actually a mistake?
Is it weird to say that I like the white noise that speakers make? It make you feel like they are active and ready to go while silent speakers feel as though they will be weak
My WH-1000XM2 headphones are going to medium battery life after just 5½ hours. I have been using a powerful wall charger with like 3.2 Ghz and the Sony manual stated to use between 1 and 2 Ghz of power. I think I might have overcharged them. I only charged them 3 times and this happened the second time and third time charging them.
Henry I wrote "In my opinion". That means I THINK they are comfortable, even for many hours straight. If you don't think so, then maybe your ears are either big or of a different shape, and not compatible with these headphones, but they can still be comfortable for other people. Not everyone's ears are the same.
Have you worked out with eithe? Which one is more comfortable and less prone to fall off the head? Im a gym rat so love to cancel out noise but hate headphones that slide off during exercises.
I have a few questions about the Bose 1. Can you navigate the songs and volume like you can on the Sony's? 2. Do they have any sound leakage? 3. Are you satisfied with the maximum volume? I've heard it's not very good on the Sony's 4. Are they worth upgrading from the regular qc35
Johan Stahle 1. Yes, you can navigate just like the Sony's but with a button interface. 2. Yes, they leak sound pretty bad when around high volume in a quiet area. 3. I am satisfied with the maximum volume. It sounds cleaner and less strained than the Sony's. 4. They're not worth paying $350 all over again if you already have the QC35. However if you're in the market for a new Wireless Noise cancelling headphones, the QC35 II is my most recommended headphone.
Is Aptx HD available on the Bose? I'm confused between both, reading the comments, everyone gives it to Sony, not many to Bose. Please help me choose, great review though!
TheGamingAudiophile and which one would you recommend, I listen to Heavy metal, rock, alternative, grunge, some EDM, and I play the drums, I'm looking for something with good bass and good ANC, and also a sick battery life. Thanks for the quick reply!
I generally find Bose to be a better choice for people who don't want to mess around with details. Bose colors their sound in a way that appeals to most people. If you are an audiophile I'd say go with the Sony's. People are really shocked when they hear my uncolored in ear monitors, they feel like everything sounds boring. Beats and Bose have changed the way general people listen to music and I imagine this is considered by producers and engineers.
brandon b The Bose is actually more neutral and cleaner sounding than the Sony's. The Sony's have the colored sound. Don't agree? There are measures that dismiss any subjective claims.
I have both and the Sony does sound better.
Just_Pix Bose, Sony's headphones are renown for the headband spontaneously cracking, which is a MASSIVE deal breaker. However, if you commute, the Sony's could be better for the ambient sound. In my opinion Bose headphones just work; they take little time to set up and are very practical, comfy. The Sony's aren't very comfy for long periods of time. The Bose have angled drivers so the inside of you ear doesn't touch anything, so if you use them for a long time then you wont get ear fatigue. Battery life; realistically, why would you need 20 instead of 30? There are no flights on earth which are 20 hours, and recharging them isn't a big hassle at all.
Thank you for the comparison of the two wireless headsets. Aside from the added features of the Bose QC35 II's, would you say the QC35 (the first one) are identical in terms of noise cancelling and sound quality?
I'm new to headphones and I have a galaxy s8 and I was wondering which one is way better compatible with my s8. And which one I can still use with headphone jack with a dead battery
Adrian Corral Both can be used with no power. The S8 if on Android Oreo can support the AptxHD for the Sony's or the AAC codec for the Bose. Honestly, I'd recommend the Bose because of the superior sound.
WHich one has more amplitude i.e., which one is louder of the 2? Also the Bose QC 35 ii's bass gets a bit distorted at around more than 80% volume. Does the same thing happen for 1000xm2? Could you give me some information on this matter?
Bose are way louder though, I just don't see the hype is over the Sony's, tried them in 2 different shops and they don't go loud enough and sound a little muddy and dull....i will get my tin hat now 😉
Do the Sony's support multiple Bluetooth devices or still only one device? That's the deal breaker for me, as I use the headphones with my computer and phone.
The hiss with the NC on the Sony as opposed to the Bose, seems to be the complete opposite to what another review was saying on CZcams... Who do I believe now??
I just got the Q35 2and I'm having the same issue but it's not often it may be one song out of mini that I have when I'm listening to the music will be playing all of a sudden it cut out and come back real quick now both times that this happened I had my phone right there by me and I am connected with Bluetooth I am hoping is my connection and not the headphones themselves if someone can answer this question truthfully I want to believe what the person in this article said that it may be my connection if someone can truly answer the question I appreciate it I want to love these headsets
there is no doubt , sound quality Sony 1000Xm2 is much better than Boss. if you use LDAC with andriod 8.0 device or walkman player. sound quality much much vivid and adjustable on Sonys, even include decoder which Boss dont have at all. I think you just like Boss more. bluetooth HIFI headphone, Sony 1000x m2 > B&O H9 > Boss QC35 in sound quality.
Actually, like stated before, there are objective measurements of the QC35 and MDR-1000x that show the QC35 as having a superior sound. Check out the reviews of the MDR-1000x and QC35 from Innerfidelity and Rtings. The MDR-1000x may be more preferable to you in terms of sound signature however. The QC35 II and 1 only supports AAC or SBC meanwhile the MDR-1000x and WH-1000Xm2 supports AAC, SBC, AptX, AptX HD and LDAC. My Galaxy Note 8 only supports SBC and AptX codecs as far as I know. So, the Bose is at a disadvantage in terms of available codecs to stream from my phone. And yet still I think the Bose's sound is superior, because it is. SBC is capable of up to 328kbps audio which is perfectly adequate since I only use Spotify which streams at up to 320kbps for now. AptX goes up to 352kbps. I've used the H9's and those rank below the Sony's for me. I still have my WH-1000Xm2 since they're still a wonderful set of headphones with very useful and unique features that I enjoy using, but for pure sound alone and the ultimate in noise cancelling, I go with my QC35 II's. Why have one pair when you can get the best of both worlds?
got your point, so when Samsung note 8 update to Android 8.0 then you can enjoy LDAC quality, especially when you listening lossless format songs like FLAC, DSD, you will feel the different world.
Besides what TheGamingAudiophile mentioned they also added a quick charge feature 5 min charge for 70 min of battery life. (I think it was 5 or 15 lol)
You did your thing here! Very well spoken.. Way to represent. With respect, I think the limits you have with the current Android software is preventing you from hearing the true potential of the Sony's. The Ldac coding is second to none. It completely dominates things when in use.
Tigerex966 There's absolutely no point. I stream Spotify at 320kbps. Aptx caps out at 352kbps. The Bose QC35 II either supports AAC or SBC. SBC is the codec utilized with my Galaxy Note 8. SBC caps out at 328kbps. So the Sony's are streaming at a higher bandwith than the Bose when I'm using both. The Bose just have fundamentally better sound quality with scientific and objective measurements to prove it.
Sony's have a 30 hour battery life with both ANC and wireless connectivity activated and the Bose have about 20 hours with both ANC and wireless connectivity activated. Sony's easily win here, but they are also significantly larger than the Bose to help fit in that bigger battery.
Please someone help me: I bought the QC 35 and this headphone just killing my ears and head it's the same feeling when you are in high altitude even when the NC is off and i'd like to know if I return them to pick the Sony one if there will have the same very annoying feeling ?
TheGamingAudiophile Thanks for answering back so quickly. But I saw on Google many people complaign about the QC 35 with this kind of pain and none with the Sony
I just bought the sony headphones 4 days ago. LOVE THEM. But they are not comfortable and after 20-30 minutes I have to take them off. I am going to return them, as best buy has a 14 day return policy without any type of warranty and try out the bose qc35
The review where iv’e been waiting for! Thx bro
Wonderful video man, I really appreciate someone who really took the time to really find out what differentiates them in the key points that they need to be separated at.
Nice to have you back bro.
Bobby Ifeobu Thank you sir.
He’s back omg thank you 🙏🏽

Alan Gold Glad I could help!
Watching this video with my Sony WH-1000xm2 :) Bought them after watching your reviews. Fantastic headphones, really
Thank you for this very informative video! Please consider a stand for your camera as I started to get seasick due to the shaky video.
Finally, you’re back!
Thanks for the review. Currently in the market for a pair of travel headphones with noise canceling tech.
Awesome review. Great job
Good to see you back, any other future headphone reviews headed our way?
Joe Norris I'll have to see what pops up.
Beautiful headphones and porch man even the view is amazing. Great Grass!
Madhawk1995 Thanks!

And the them, suddenly, amazon knows, I’m guessing you’ll get one soon.
nope
Patrick Banks is right. When I start looking at a product every ad is about one of the products I had recently looked at and all my recommended videos changed based on the last videos I've watched.
I understand what you guys are saying but this was one of those instances where i had it the other way around. That is why i even thought it was worth mentioning. can u please tell something about the sony app.and what is the benefits of having app.and will the include more features later?
How well does the Sony Hi-Res work and sound with Sony Hi-Res equipment like their amplifiers (eg. STR-DN1080)? Thanks
Ultimate comparison between b&w p7, b&o, mdr 1000x second gen and bose. Guessing it will help lot of people looking for wireless headphones
Does anyone hear like water running when you cover the ear cup with your hand on the Sony
Hi all
May I know which one got best Noise Canceling function?
I just bought a hear on 2, and I'm very shocked how come WH-H900N can't blocked public bus engine sounds...
Thanks!
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO IVE BEEN WAITING AND LOOKING FOR A REVIEW OF THESE TWO HEADPHONES. I'm still not sure what to buy, anyone have any more suggestions :(
does the Sonys give enough volume with the S8 ? i tried many headphones but the built in Amp of the S8 seems very average. n i couldnt get loud volume from the headphones.
I got quite a big head and the QC35s are hurting a bit after some Time.
Any Ideas?
Q? When you edit and create your videos what software do you use ThankX ahead of reply
For some reason the QC35 II doesn't have the airline adapter, my series I does though
Can WH1000XM2 be used with the guitar amp (connected with a wire ofc) ?
I'm a regular flyer and would say the Bose are a must ! Can where these for 11 hr flight with no discomfort. The noise cancelling on the Quiet 35's are much better than the previous 25 version which I also owned.Bought these for wireless and Google assistant.Cant compare with Sony has I have used these.
Glad you enjoy them!
If you turn on the treble boost feature
In the Sony headphone app the Sony 1000xm2 has a way more open sound stage then the Bose quiet comfort 35
The best review so far. Articulated well and knowledgeable! Thanks man! I'm going to go with the Bose. The II series sold me. I was on the fence with the initial versions of Sony and Bose but can't go wrong with Bose. The clean noise cancellation is always a plus.
Bill's Studio Thank you sir. Enjoy them!
After listening to both extensively I suggest you try both and return the one that disappoints I think you'd keep the Sony's.
nah, this is the best review, including video quality, of these 2 headphones: czcams.com/video/iHYT_JDpqz0/video.html
Using the noise cancellation feature to block the cricket sounds?
My sony wh1000xm2 makes static noise when in ambient sound mode or quick attention mode. is this normal?
Great video review! If you have to choose one, in terms of comfort, in my case when I go to the gym, I like listening to music, but also to have them hanged around the neck, which one is the winner in terms of comfortness? Thank you
Faustino Rider Definitely the Bose.
Hey, cool review, just wondering, can both be used as normal headphones when not powered up?
Bryant Kiseu Yes. The Sony's sounds better in these modes.
What are the bluetooth versions on both headphones? Can anyone give me to any prooflink? I couldn't find any info on official sites. At Apple it says 4.0 for QC35 II, that's pretty sad. :-(
Stay tuned for a Bowers & Wilkins PX review!
TheGamingAudiophile let me guess they don't have such a good NC but they have way better sound with NC off....
Mpamphs Kangourosaurous No, they have better sound with noise cancelling on all modes. But with noise cancelling on its lowest effectiveness, it blocks out enough noise for me while sounding significantly better than anything from Bose and the WH-1000Xm2, easily.

Mpamphs Kangourosaurous Yes, they definitely do have a superior soundstage.
This is why you are the Best Reviewer you reply to people .
Hey man. Please tell me about the sound leak on these cans.
Sound leak off ear and on ear. How much is it.
They say the mdr 1000x has a slight edge overall over the qc35. SO here, sony widens the gap?
I'd say in terms of features, yes the Sony has a definite edge over the QC35. In terms of sound and absolute noise cancelling performance, the QC35 has the edge.
deezzy There's objective measurements from innerfidelity and rtings that show the QC35 as sonically superior to the Sony's. They're both great headphones with pros and cons respectively.
Only that Sony breaks in normal use. Very frustrating.
Bose 35 ii sony wh 1000xm2 Tell me which one of these is better if they both try to get one with longer life as quality and sound
The Bose QC35 ii or the Sony wh-1000xm2 sound better?
Great video. New to the channel. I'd suggest a tripod. I feel like i'm drunk watching the vid a little. :)
Glenn Thomas I have a tripod now. ☺️
Are these headphones better than the Beats Studio 3? The reason I'm asking is because the Beats barely has bass and they don't don't get loud enough.
Great review you forgot about siri and google assistant on sony headphone.
cuttyone70 Yea, it's well known it can summon a limited version of either assistant but so can the QC35 II with its play/pause button all while having a much more advanced version of Google assistant onboard.
And all the ultra cool and unique technology on the sony
EXCELLENT COMPARISON!
I tested both at Best Buy and came to the exact same conclusion. Bose sound slightly better imo.

Jay G fanboy
My concern with the Bose, is the battery can not be replaced. The way I understand it, on the Sony headphones, the battery can be changed, is this true?
It's odd every other review has said the opposite that the white noise is more noticeable in the bose rather than the sony
if you have the money to get one of these 2 headphones get them for sure
I was going to buy the Bose on Amazon, mainly because of the comfort factor, and then I read a whole load of Amazon reviews saying how bad the Bose bluetooth connectivity is, with constant 'stuttering' and even losing a track completely. This obviously affects the enjoyment of music significantly. What's your take on this?

Lex They're great headphones. Enjoy.
Hi! On the QC 35 II, is it possible to disable the Google Assistant reading messages, without disabling the Assistant completely? I own a smartwatch, so when I receive a message I'd rather glance at my watch than having the music interrupted 😉.
Adrien Baron Yes you can disable the Google assistant without disabling the actual assistance. It's a pretty cool feature.
3:44 Is that correct grammar? I’m not a native english speaker, but I feel like the are should be singular since the subject of the sentence is singular... Am I wrong or is this actually a mistake?
Do you have the headband issue?
can I use qc35 earpad for wh-1000?
Finally the only review that favours Bose. Nearly every reviews favours sony more. But now I get confused which one better...
Is it weird to say that I like the white noise that speakers make? It make you feel like they are active and ready to go while silent speakers feel as though they will be weak
Ben Jones Hey, different strokes for different folks. ☺️
TheGamingAudiophile ain't that the truth
Though the same goes for old CPUs, especially the old ones, the ones with a higher dB then some loud speakers
TheGamingAudiophile what headphone amp are picture on the thumbnail of your vids?
alex32009 Sorry, not sure which amp. I'm not seeing any.
who headset is better for noise cancellation ?
thanks TheGamingAudiophile
for review
fouad naji Bose QC35 is slightly better. Sony is more versatile.
thanks for help

Has Sony addressed the breaking headband problem yet?
I bought the Sony WH-1000X2 for just 300€.
And I am so happy ;)
I just ordered them for 250€:)
The comfort is crap. My ear hurt after 30 minutes with the mdr 1000X.
Henry i can wear them for a couple of hours until I begin experiencing a little hotness around my ears. They are comfortable in my opinion.
RobTi NO THEY ARE NOT. There is no way they are comfortable. They are comfortable in the first 40 minutes tho but after that no no.
Henry I wrote "In my opinion". That means I THINK they are comfortable, even for many hours straight.
If you don't think so, then maybe your ears are either big or of a different shape, and not compatible with these headphones, but they can still be comfortable for other people. Not everyone's ears are the same.
Can you use this with the PS4?
This is probibly a daft question but how do these compare to the original beats studio that im using at the moment sound wise?
They're both superior in every way and form.
Have you worked out with eithe? Which one is more comfortable and less prone to fall off the head? Im a gym rat so love to cancel out noise but hate headphones that slide off during exercises.
Frank Jackson I'd say the Bose stays on better than the Sony's with vigorous activities.
I have a few questions about the Bose
1. Can you navigate the songs and volume like you can on the Sony's?
2. Do they have any sound leakage?
3. Are you satisfied with the maximum volume? I've heard it's not very good on the Sony's
TheGamingAudiophile thanks a lot for answering! I bought the sony h.ear on 2 instead and they're great!
Nice review!
But why on earth are doing this video outside at night?! I can't see anything. :D
UsedHeartuser Lol, the sun set in like 10 mins.
Did you compare the sony using it's high resolution capability against the qc35? or just its stock... ?
ray nathaniel caparas Compared with the Sony's running in AptX and the Bose in SBC.
How’s the latency on either headphones? Can you watch videos or play games on either?
Charleston Chua They both have no noticeable latency when watching videos.
Is Aptx HD available on the Bose? I'm confused between both, reading the comments, everyone gives it to Sony, not many to Bose. Please help me choose, great review though!
Aptx HD is not available on the Bose. The Bose supports SBC and AAC. The Sony's support SBC, AAC, Aptx, Aptx HD and LDAC.
TheGamingAudiophile and which one would you recommend, I listen to Heavy metal, rock, alternative, grunge, some EDM, and I play the drums, I'm looking for something with good bass and good ANC, and also a sick battery life. Thanks for the quick reply!
Sony's.
For an IOS device you would suggest the Bose QC35 II or the Sony Wh 1000X m2?
Just_Pix the Sony's. They are tailored to both Apple and Android.
Jonyba Brusch Why the Bose not?
Just_Pix either, ios streams at AAC codec anyway and both supports that.
Thank you for the comparison of the two wireless headsets. Aside from the added features of the Bose QC35 II's, would you say the QC35 (the first one) are identical in terms of noise cancelling and sound quality?
Drew M Roughly so. I don't detect any noticeable differences in the audio or Noise cancelling ability.
Good review if you want info on the Sony app.. No physical product info.
You can tell the whole time he was trying to show his phone off lol then he mentions it 🤔
WHich one has more amplitude i.e., which one is louder of the 2? Also the Bose QC 35 ii's bass gets a bit distorted at around more than 80% volume. Does the same thing happen for 1000xm2? Could you give me some information on this matter?
debatreyo chakraborty They both handle loud volume well, but the Bose distorts at Max volume while the Sony's don't.
TheGamingAudiophile Thanks
Bose are way louder though, I just don't see the hype is over the Sony's, tried them in 2 different shops and they don't go loud enough and sound a little muddy and dull....i will get my tin hat now 😉
Do the Sony's support multiple Bluetooth devices or still only one device? That's the deal breaker for me, as I use the headphones with my computer and phone.
Only a connection to one device at a time.
Will the noise cancelling weaker overtime?
Sarky Ho No.
preordered the pixel 2 which one should i get and why, btw i have a pixel and use google assistant all the time
AllahuArcbolt The Bose in my opinion.
TheGamingAudiophile seen mixed reviews will probably buy both and return one of them later
@1:02 it actually 3.5mm to 2.5mm cable
If u can choose only one, so which one would u prefer?
Chamreun Kan Bose QC35 II.
How about their phone call quality comparison?
Dementor Bose is significantly superior in that regard. The Sony's are only useful over calls when you're in a silent environment.
The capsule on the bose isn't metal. The overdraft on the box isn't excentually big enough to read. What deviates these apart?
What feature is the most priporitize in these?
You're wrong - it is metal.
The hiss with the NC on the Sony as opposed to the Bose, seems to be the complete opposite to what another review was saying on CZcams... Who do I believe now??
Thanks for support Malaysia products -- Sony
I'm pretty sure there's no difference.
AKG 60NCBT where?
常鹤龄 i agree as i tried the sonys and it made me cry. It was amazing! Bose was the typical bose nothing new.
What's the difference between the QC35 and qc35 II ?
rawand othman Primarily it is the addition of the onboard Google Assistant or on the fly Noise cancellation control from the headphone.
you're right
deezzy mgo?!?
Besides what TheGamingAudiophile mentioned they also added a quick charge feature 5 min charge for 70 min of battery life. (I think it was 5 or 15 lol)
What case do you have on your note 8? :)
Yu Gatbans Han Spigen air cushion clear case.
TheGamingAudiophile thnx 👍
You did your thing here! Very well spoken.. Way to represent. With respect, I think the limits you have with the current Android software is preventing you from hearing the true potential of the Sony's. The Ldac coding is second to none. It completely dominates things when in use.
So is the microphone in the Sony’s able to be used in gaming.
Harrison Bright Yes, but the microphone on the Sony's which I forgot to mention in the video is horrible.
And by horrible do you mean that considering the standard of these headphones it’s horrible or just in general it’s bad.
Harrison Bright In general It's bad.
Did you lose your right arm in a war?
Joe Seijo he’s holding the camera with the right
did you try them with the higher quality bluetooth codecs?
Tigerex966 There's absolutely no point. I stream Spotify at 320kbps. Aptx caps out at 352kbps. The Bose QC35 II either supports AAC or SBC. SBC is the codec utilized with my Galaxy Note 8. SBC caps out at 328kbps. So the Sony's are streaming at a higher bandwith than the Bose when I'm using both. The Bose just have fundamentally better sound quality with scientific and objective measurements to prove it.
which is comfortable to wear for couple of hours ?
Cong Wang Both are, but the Bose is more comfortable.
1000X is heavier and uncomfortable to wear for a whole day. I wonder what do you feel about m2 ? same ?
Did you buy them or got it for free to review. Please reply
Bought them both.
i lost my Bose so should i give Sony a try or just get another set of Bose?
Heath Normand I'd give them a try. Maybe you might like the Sony's more. If not, you can go right back to what works for you.
You should've used the LG V20 as your smartphone as it has aptx HD and quad DAC.
B Shah I stream Spotify at 320kbps. Aptx HD has no benefit. Also, other than sound potential, the Note 8 is far superior to the LG V20 or 30.
TheGamingAudiophile I have the Note 8 and V20. You are missing a whole world of wonder if you can't use aptx HD.
I'm not. I stream at a bitrate that Aptx HD will never take advantage of
AptX HD also reduces distortion and signal to noise ratio for a cleaner bluetooth transmission
What about battery life?
Sony's have a 30 hour battery life with both ANC and wireless connectivity activated and the Bose have about 20 hours with both ANC and wireless connectivity activated. Sony's easily win here, but they are also significantly larger than the Bose to help fit in that bigger battery.
from what i've heard most people prefer sound quality and NC of sony but say it breaks easier and isnt as comfortable thats why I bought the bose.
Omar Joseph The Bose sounds better.
Please someone help me: I bought the QC 35 and this headphone just killing my ears and head it's the same feeling when you are in high altitude even when the NC is off and i'd like to know if I return them to pick the Sony one if there will have the same very annoying feeling ?
Nuage Those will exhibit similar feelings, however I would recommend you try it out.
TheGamingAudiophile Thanks for answering back so quickly. But I saw on Google many people complaign about the QC 35 with this kind of pain and none with the Sony
do they bass harder than my Sk crusher wireless
Tavares Melton No, but the bass on both of these is of much better quality.
I just bought the sony headphones 4 days ago. LOVE THEM. But they are not comfortable and after 20-30 minutes I have to take them off. I am going to return them, as best buy has a 14 day return policy without any type of warranty and try out the bose qc35
