I misspoke - I didn't remove the magazine spring seal ring out of the 2 round limiter - I removed it out of the 5 round magazine tube. Same thing, though. The mag tube has no 'slot' that the magazine spring seal ring fits into. When the seal ring is inserted into the gun, you will be compressing it just a little, and when it goes into the tube it's going to want to expand, and that tension that is created is what holds the magazine spring seal ring in place.

AFAIK, you can't. My stuff isn't sold in Canada and I don't know of any other alternatives at this time.
Lock that bolt back before assembly. Makes it a bit easier to get things back together.

I found using the angled snap ring pliers works great as you can keep them across the plug when removing it

Todd great video ,Just installed all you sold me . Titanium 7 round tube , Wolf spring, upgrade trigger set, Tritium night sites, Oversized @action release button ( square one ) and the Shorter stock. Still trying to figure how to mount the six round xtra round r@ck. All great quality and not hard to do if you watch your tutorials.

Had no idea these things used an unlined clamshell forend, I would've expected a metal heat shield since the gas system is right under it. Lol, and as they say, you never have trouble with anything until you try to do it on camera.
So this will give u 7 in tube and 1 in chamber and then if I ghost load it should hold 9 shells correct
Yes... with most 2-3/4 inch shells. Some are too long and you'll only get 6 in the tube.
Do you think the spring retaining clip is necessary or would the cap work fine? I ask because the retainer removed allows the 7th round to fit more often w different loads.
Hey Todd, for the Benelli specifically - I’m having a hard time understanding the 922R compliance part of things. Am I correct in saying that this mag extension can be in violation of that, but a full mag replacement isn’t? I’ve watched both videos and this option is far more preferable to the more labor-intensive magazine replacement, with the heat gun and all.

anytime you add capacity, 922r comes into play. a 7 round tube counts as a 922r part where the extension does not.

I prefer the one piece extension that is one solid piece instead of two. Looks cleaner and no seams.

Looks like the OEM tube needs to be heated inorder to compromise the locktight fit from the factory. Also I think the 2 round extension may be a more affordable option if you want to have the ability to change the capacity from 5-7 in a pinch.
I had an issue with the spring snagging inside of the extension.

Old video, but great info. I live in MA and we have some very VERY stupid laws. In the configuration shown with the pistol grip stock you would be limited to 5 round magazine tube.
If you swapped the stock to the traditional stock you could run up to a 10 round tube or extension setup.
Anyways, appreciate the info in this video. Eying a Benelli M4. Currently have a Remington Versa max tactical for a shotgun.

I just got a m4 and just left the range , I was only able to get 4 shells in the barrel and 1 in the chamber ?? I thought its supposed to be 5+1. any thoughts to this? I was using 2 3/4 00 buck Winchester military grade [army green color]
Yeah me too. I brought the tube extension and I’m only able to load 6 shells, not 7 (5 factor + 2 with extension). $275 just to load one more round 🤦♂️.

Box may have 2 3/4 written on it, however it maybe longer than other 2 3/4 ammo
After fired shotshell most of the time lengths are the same

There are different size pliers - I can't recall the size on these but they aren't big.
If you get an “American imported” 7 round tube, foregrip and follower. Are those 3 paired with a “stock” recoil tube that had a 3 position now swapped with a 5 position recoil tube in compliance?
There’s something to be said about if you get the collapsible stock you need 4 parts. But what if the m1014 already came with a 3 position recoil tube and you put a 5 position in to make it fully collapsible. Would you just need the 3 parts still or 4 parts ?

@@FreedomFighterTactical hey ! picked up a foregrip. But the right is a bit warped. The left is perfect 👌🏻. Am I able to just use the left and keep the oem right ? Or do I need both sides to state made in USA
@@AuziFox see the instructions on the website - the warp or bend is in every forearm but it will perform perfectly. See the instructions on the forend page and you’ll see

As per last message. wasn’t able to find anything on the instructions page stating if using one of the left or right forearm parts would be in compliance .
@@AuziFox I would think you would need to use both halves. Have you put them both on the gun as the instructions say? They're solid and they will serve you well.

I have absolutely no idea. People say it's a clone, so if it truly is, then the answer should be yes. I'm trying to get a Panzer and won't have answers until I do.

I had to cut down the Carlson 2 shot extension and weld it back together to fit proper
@@FreedomFighterTacticalit doesn't mine shows a gap and when I close it and hit the release the force pushes the receivers apart
I did this exactly as instructed and only getting +1 the last shell only goes in 3/4 of the way in. What did i do wrong?

I have the Benelli M4's extended tube but I cannot fit the 7th round into the tube. I'm using the tube and spring that came with it but I can't get it to fit. I'm using Federal Personal Defense shells.

Why didn't you put the snap ring limiter in the 2 round tube BEFORE you put the spring back in the gun? Screw it down, and you are finished.

I installed my 2 round tube extension from a different company, lets call them KZ. Well, my factory follower would not pass the threaded portion in their tube, so my extension wouldn't allow me to hold any extra rounds. It turned my Benelli into a 5 and 1/2 round shotgun. Has FFT ever heard of this issue with their tube extensions? Did i do something wrong? I took my follower out and put it into the tube extension and it wouldn't go through it. The follower should be able to pass all the way through the tube extension, correct??
Im no expert on such matters, but Yeah, I would think so! Maybe your extension tube is out of spec! I would definitely call the extension tube manufacturer and get their recommendation on this situation!

I’m sorry, but I don’t have an answer for you regarding D.C. laws. I’d talk to someone local who knows the ins and outs of the law there. You likely can do what you want to the gun without any issue, except add mag capacity or change the stock, but someone local can advise you on that…

The fact that the shotgun is limited from the start makes me not want to send money to Binelli. Gun companies without respect for moral citizens. Binelli, Beretta, FN, Sig. They all look down on free people.
Changed mine out had feeding issues with the 7th round .so the 5 round spring definitely needs to be upgraded to the 7 rounder
