      Hi Manas,
The best advice I have is to reach out to people who are physiotherapists, personal trainers, sports therapists in your area and ask if you can sit in and watch them for a day. Most therapists will allow this and it has been a huge help for me in my career learning off people with higher skillsets and experiance. As far as courses go, in the UK John Gibbons has some amazing courses about anatomy and physiology!
      Kindest regards,
      Travis
