    Ma Lin, simply a Master penholder. Kreanga, an absolutly Killer, hit the ball like a Beast.
    (Superior TT with celuloide ball, not inferior plastic ball)

    okay his backhand might be good but whats up with his forehand? what kind of technique is THAT??? also he relied too much on his backhand so his positioning was too far to hi right

    • @dickn.ormous1064
      @dickn.ormous1064 Před 3 lety +4

      His forehand technique was sound if a bit unorthodox.He used a backhand grip but it's not a problem per se.
      Kreanga as far as I know didn't suffer with any serious injuries and still plays exceptionally well.What he lacked was some good coaching in terms of point construction and raising his margins of errors .

    • @CertifriedRatBastrad

      @@dickn.ormous1064 yeah but even without that, he became such a good player. it'd be cool to see someone who plays like him get modern day coaching. even so, its still so interesting to watch him play

      @@MrKLMLML ok but how does that relate to my post re re? also theres a reason why he lost like the dog he is to ma lin, who constantly stayed in the top 3 spot even reaching nr 1 during Kreanga prime
      my first post wasnt even remotely hostile untill you came doggy
      me sitting here and being able to analyze the mistakes of those who played table tennis almost two decades ago stems from the fact that those who put in hard work showed us the way to perfect the sport and thanks to that, the sport constantly develops allowing us to better see our, and others mistakes in order to fix them. obviously players so long ago would have a worse understanding of the sport, especially eu players that didnt/dont dedicate their entire lifes on one subject like the chinese counterpart. smfd

    • @ollewiberg2145
      @ollewiberg2145 Před 9 měsíci +1

      Kreabgas forehand was no way near the quality of his backhand. He had a long and wide movement with to little power from the floor. With that wide movement there was no way he could countespind effectively near the table. So the opponent could well chipsen the tactic to place their shorts to Kreangas forehand-side in order to get back a more ”human” stroke.
