One additional benefit I would add to wearing a watch is that there are situations where it is much easier or appropriate to check time with a watch then with a cell phone, such as in a business meeting or when giving a presentation. One small practical use for a tie is to keep you warmer in cold weather. They certainly are not as warm as a scarf, but they provide some warmth. Especially because they allow you to button your top button on your shirt
Good point :) You're right. It's much more covert way of checking the time.
This somehow reminds me of when Biden checked his watch during a veterans' ceremony 😅
Probably one of the few occasions where neither checking your watch nor a phone would be appropriate.

Item 5 socks: the German brand Falke has nice striped socks 😎 The PRX is a beautifull watch. My dress watch is the Tissot Visodate with a silver dial on a Milanese strap.

I don't know any brands but I assume a backpack with leather and canvas would be a good option in that case.

For ties, Shibumi, Kamakura, Viola Milano, Drake's are great brands (When they are on sale, the prices are quite affordable. Otherwise, it's a bit too pricey for me at the moment).
Or second hand:
Zegna, Brooks Brothers, Kiton, Drake's and probably a ton more but I am not much of an expert in that area
Thank you, do you know about the brand coppley? If you know can you recommend it? I found a second hand blazer from that brand and not sure about the brand.
I personally don't know them, but that doesn't really mean anything since it's a Canadian company apparently and I mainly know the brands in Europe.

Did you try Spier & Mackay? I like their clothes quite a bit and I heard good things about their suits and jackets, as well.
@@Lukas_Schanderl i have trousers from spier and mackay but I want to buy second hand from a high end brand . I don’t find a lot of reviews in CZcams about that brand.
I also recently bought a second hand coat from a German company that doesn't exist anymore and of which I couldn't find any reviews on, and luckily it's a great coat :) . Sometimes you have to risk it 😅

I'm not an expert on that, especially because many of the older vintage brand bags might not exist any more nowadays.
I would just look for bags that fit your style and that look high quality, without focusing on the brand, simply because some brands might be a bit more unknown or not even exist anymore.
I personally found a great Fossil bag (In the past, they actually produced some decent leather products).
Target quality and style, not brands :)

Für die Krawatte ist Seide der Standard Stoff, Wolle/Kaschmir/Gestrickte Krawatten für Winter und eventuell Baumwolle und Leinen für Sommer.
Für Einstecktuch ist Leinen und Seide der Klassiker.

It's not practical or comfortable to carry a briefcase if you are regularly walking for more than 10 minutes. A satchel is better, although TBH, a backpack is by far the best way to carry anything from a practical and ergonomic perspective. Perhaps it's fashion and perception that needs to change.

I agree that it depends on the occasion but a briefcase with shoulder straps can be pretty practical in my opinion (Is it called a satchel in that case? Maybe I got the English words wrong in this case)
If you wear sport coats or suits frequently like I do, a coat wallet is a classy accessory. Does not have to be expensive, though they can be. Hilfiger.

I know they are super practical and durable, but I personally think that traditional belts with holes look better.
But that's just my opinion.
I personally disagree with the recommendation of a navy tie. That is one of the least useful colours as most men will be wearing a navy suit or dark grey suit and a navy tie with those suits creates a very dull and boring effect and completely misses the chance to add some personality and colour.
You do make a good point there 😁
Especially since I said ties are a great way to add color.
I own 2 navy ties (one is a knitted) and wear them with a mid grey suit and my brown linnen suit 😎
