But they ban, or restrict anything lgbtq, anything that is normal to see on television ( you literally see people getting beheaded on tv nowadays) and they ban mental health seminars. At what point does an American company (Google), have the right to restrict free speech, and promote or allow antisemitic, racist, homophobic and actual abuse videos on with out check? I love your channel, I saw the OG upload there was nothing wrong with it. It was no different then watching Live Tv episodes. Keep it up, you are amazing.

I live in Tx. and will tell you that until the state punishes the numerous uninsured, unlicensed drivers that cause wrecks, look for several insurance companies to stop providing insurance to drivers in Tx.!
It would also help if people in Houston and Dallas would stop driving like they are extras in a Mad Max movie.

9:30-9:39 David should try to realize that the white stripe on the road next to the stop sign isn’t there for no reason. You should come to a stop before the white line in fact you should be able to see the line from the end of your hood when you follow the rules accidents like this don’t happen.
I'm actually surprised he didn't get stuck with at least some liability for that. Was the first thing I thought of. I do know of another cam I saw a few years ago where something very similar happened. A pickup turned left, and his steel trailer hit the front of a van. The van driver was held liable for his own damages as a result of being past the limit line (i don't think there was damage to the trailer, or enough for the guy to care).
#24 - for the observant out there, at 0:53 you can see from the position of the front wheels on the Tahoe that it was VERY likely they were planning on turning right...... BUT they CERTAINLY were not in the correct place for a right turn (normally). But then there IS the 'No left turn' sign (very clear at 0:56).... soooo.... With those things, I can't put all the fault on the Tahoe driver.
I will agree with you. The only driving option for the Tahoe is to make a right turn. There are no markings on the road or signage on the exit to divide it into 2 turn lanes. It's a single, very wide, lane. It was a mistake for the cammer to position the car that way. It was an aggressive move. No lane there to allow that. Yet the Tahoe didn't check for idiot drivers to the side. I disagree with the official judgement

yeah; sure she wasn't using her turn signal either, but I feel like anyone with some sense would have just waited their turn instead of inventing a whole lane for themselves. It's not like he could have safely seen past her to sneak out, anyways.
Great to see some people with common sense. Why would you stand next to someone who clearly wants to turn right?? The Tahoe driver was most likely looking for traffic coming from the left. That was really an AH move from Josh 🤨

Should never go to the inside of a vehicle when turning unless it is marked for multiple lanes
But the tahoe driver didn't have her turn signal on and it doesn't say right turn only anywhere. The Mustang driver isn't at fault
Argument could be made that Mustang driver thought they were going left (despite the tiny sign saying no lefts) as they were in the most left edge of the roadway with no turn signal. Granted, Mustang used no turn signal either, but it's your responsibility when you make turns that you can do so safely. The Tahoe driver did not execute a safe turn.

They didn’t have their turn signal on and most places in Texas like car washes s as bd a left and a right exit lane and the Tahoe was in the left

Coming from an adjuster, we love dash cams. Makes life so much easier - if you have a video and a plate number you can file a claim on your own policy have your carrier get the police report / try to get the other drivers insurance info. Your statement + dash cam usually is enough for insurance carriers to take fault but they still have to try and reach their driver.

Scary how most of the offending drivers in the Texas one are liars or flee the scene. The other state compilations didn’t have this many.

EXACTLY!! He's at fault for failing to follow traffic laws. Had he stopped legally the collision would have been avoided.
There’s one street where people ALWAYS cut the corner. So I make sure I give them plenty of room. I also back up a lot to make room for BIG trucks(semi’s)to turn at any intersection I’m in.
So, we are Russia now: you don't have a cam you don't have a case.
#7. FYI: when two drivers go for the same lane like this, the driver coming from the left has the right of way per state law. So if you find your self in the car's position, back off, and avoid the horn since you don't have the row.

Why do people like the last driver makes me SO stinkin’ mad???!!? I watched that hoping a sink hole would open up. Most of the other drivers were stupid, negligent and inattentive, but this guy acted purposefully.
Does ANYONE who causes an accident admit that they are at fault? Everyone seems to blame the other driver no matter what foolish action THEY took. Thank God for dash cams! One other thing I have noticed is the number of people who think that because they drive a big 4wheel drive vehicle they can make their own road and drive over nature strips to get where they want. Personally, i feel that too many people who live in the cities have big 4wheel drive vehicles that they don't need or use off road. They should have to prove they need one in order to get it registered.

11:06 what's especially funny about this is that traffic seems light enough that he could have just sat there and waited for it to clear before going straight (not legal but certainly a better option than hitting another car). There was no one behind him so there was no pressure on him to move. Whole thing could've been avoided if he'd just been patient enough to just sit there a few seconds.
#19 3:51. Look at all of that merge lane roadway in front of the Toyota! That lane wasn't going to end in a 1/4 mile at least. With that much roadway there was no excuse for the Toyota to merge so soon. Though the vehicles never touched. I would still call it a hit and run.
We’re not that bad at driving. Just some people don’t know how to drive in Texas. Except for Huston. They are a different breed.
My car insurance is cheaper in California than it was in Texas because Texas drivers suck.

6:24 ok if that yield sign is actually for traffic going straight, I would have made the same mistake too. I could only kind of imagine it being traffic turning right should yield to the traffic turning left, but that is still insane and counter-intuitive... you usually only see that pattern at busy intersections with a traffic light.

usa abuses stop signs, most should be a yield / give way and only used at the most dangerous places. because abuse / use them to much then you only get more not taking them serous, uk they pretty rare so when you do see one you take notice and respect it as then you clearly know it can be a dangerous junction. junctions what blind so you have to stop and merge ou very slow till you can see then go. most usa stop signs you can clearly see from a distance we call them open junctions and should only be a give way / yield. use then to much it takes away the true danger and main reason for a stop sign you just get more running them and then they get to a true dangerous junction they treat it the same as the last stop sign what should been a give way yield guess what you get a serous crash.
I know how bad texas is, I have had a dash cam for 2 years as a delivery driver in a small town, and I have maybe 900+ clips of near misses, wildlife near misses, etc.

The driver of the mustang in the 2nd clip should have been found at fault. At the beginning of the clip you can see a sign that says no left turn so the Tahoe should have had the right of way.
David, that got rammed by the ram, was clearly at fault. Because he was way past the stop line painted on the road.

0:47 car rear-ended the jeep's rear driver side tire which launch the car in the air. 9:13 hold up, if that Ford stopped AT the white line clearly marked AT the stop sign this wouldn't have happened. He's at least %40 at fault. He stopped in traffic
The ford fusion was at fault, you have to stop behind the stop sign then pull up.
His passengers door was past the stop sign however the ram truck turned too tight and left his lane of traffic. When a Fusion melds with a Ram.

The way I look at this is the Chevy Tahoe was in the right the lane is not a two way lane exiting the car wash and there is a sign right there to the left saying no left turn so there for the Ford mustang actually was a lane jumper trying to cut off the Chevy Tahoe the Ford mustang driver was just in a hurry to get out and did not want to weight

It's doubtful you'll get help on a hit-and-run in the Houston area. I've had family members fall victim to a hit-and-run and nothing was ever resolved. The person that ran just claimed it wasn't them driving so they aren't liable.

They change lanes without looking and I had a gal behind me last week in a 45 mile an hour stretch that had her cell phone up next to her rearview mirror. I’m guessing she thought she could see in her rearview mirror in her cell phone and in front of her all at once. Or maybe she just wanted to videotape and look at herself in the mirror with her long fake nails and her long fake eyelashes.

Our rates are so high because most of the people that cause the accidents don’t get their licenses revoked for a time and they must retake driver’s Ed. If that happened then maybe the rates can go down and as for the drunk in the truck no driving for 2 years no matter if it’s his first offence or not we need to come down harder on DUI.

The Mustang was at fault, suv should have taken it to court. Drivers are not allowed to pass on the right. Everyone of these mishaps were cause drivers not paying attention. We have some the worst drivers, in the world. We need stronger training requirements.
