Siemens Taurus locomotive Class 182 from german DB with a regional train in the main station of Berlin (Hauptbahnhof) with destination Wismar. You can hear the sound do-re-mi-fa-sol when the locomotive starts

How can that be a "starting" sound if the locomotive is speeding up?
There should be a sound when you turn on the power switch or something...or is it because it's an electric locomotive and doesn't do any sound on startup?

Sorry, but I don't get you. The Taurus locomotives are Siemens locomotives of the Eurosprinter family. The first version of then were the original Eurosprinter (like class 252 in Spain or class 5600 in Portugal). Then the Taurus came (and as you commented, the OBB and the DB have them, and also Siemens itself for leasing) and finally came the Vectron, which is the latest in the family.
