Just to add something for those who know they use many filler words. I strongly suggest joining an organization like Toastmasters where you can practice your public speaking skills and learn to break that habit of using filler words.
I was guilty of saying âprobablyâ and âhonestly â in my interview today.
A #Leader must know how too #speak .... to #help others , and #guide others , to there #full #potential . #GreatNess .

Excellent tips! I shared with my management team!
Thanks teacher from Somalia
You are the best! Thanks for the information. I have some coworkers that decided to call me Spicy just because I always tried to have answers with facts. Some of them like to agree with the boss at all time and I am not like that.
Good points. I will say to keep in mind, when we work with people of other cultures or people that learn differently with different brains, itâs very reasonable to ask someone if they understand what you are saying because itâs important for that person to understand your phrasing. Itâs perceived as false confidence if that other person truly does not understand your explanation and you might have to re-explain with different words. You can still be confident while ensuring that person understands how you are explaining. Thatâs how teachers do it also.
Very insightful and informative vedio,Mrs. Hyacinth! Filled with practical wisdom and simple logic!
