If you say your weakness is focusing on one task so you can do it well and complete they take it as you cannot multitask. In my profession the person that multitask makes the most mistakes and the person who is focus catches them. lol.

It's mind boggling how toxic work environments seem to be the norm.

As they say, when respect is no longer served, it’s time to leave the table. Imagine the moment one realises that he/she has been a joke to everybody.

5:06 In one of my previous jobs I had wanted for years to do a specialisation course. I was a decent employee and a decent person back then. Got my immediate supervisor to agree, only for her own boss to give the opportunity to the snitch he had in the team. When I protested against the decision and asked for a rationale, the big boss pulled me into a private meeting and went red in the face, raised his voice. I am not saying this lightly, but I felt literally frightened.
