I've was just in a situation while during the interview, the interviewer asked me a question I was not prepared for. I asked her to repeat the question and used that time to gather myself and nailed the question!

Iâve been a big of you for years on LinkedIn & was so glad to find you on CZcams! Iâve watched your entire masterclass on how to get a job & nail interviews. I spent one week applying for jobs left and right. I heard back within 2-3 days from my âdream jobâ that would literally double my income.
I spent an entire day watching your videos, taking notes, and doing research into the organization I had an initial interview with. I prayed before each step in the process and I went through each step at peace and knowing it was going to be mine (thanks to your advice! Iâm usually a nervous wreck)
I was moved on to the second round the following day & I was excited! I went back to my notes from your masterclass and started fine tuning my responses to some interview questions & started practicing what I was going to say out loud. I left that second interview confident that I nailed it!
Just a few days later I was sitting in a 3rd interview with the CEO. Within the first 2 minutes of the conversation he says âthis is really an informal interview⊠weâre just having a conversation so I can get to know you. Anybody who comes as highly recommended as you from (name) & (name) is in the door. So tell me about yourself.â Iâve never been so excited and prepared to tell him about myself! My skills, my background, and what I can bring to the company. I received my offer letter the NEXT MORNING!!!!!!!

Your tips are so insightful. Ive been in HR for 13 years and mostly on the interviewing side of things after losing my job in Dec 2020 Im now on the other side of the table and there are things I was unaware of as an interviewee. Thanks and God bless you for investing in our bright futures đđđ

@@lizethalvarez9710 I did not get the position at work. I did ask for suggestions for next time and was told that I did very well and should do the exact same thing and continue to apply as new opportunities arise. It was a very competitive role where over 100 employees applied in 2 days.

I love this. We use the STAR technique as a general rule (situation task action and result). Be prepared also to answer questions like what do you like least in a job. Turn it into a positive.
