23 games, 11 starts, 11.3 rebounds at age 38 during his time with the Lakers.

@@blackphillip564 Rodman still played like he cared thru 1997-1998. His antics were were becoming a little more noticeable in that final season with the Bulls with the in season vacation shown in the last dance as well as ditching an NBA Finals practice to party with Hogan and the NWO on Monday Nitro. That being said he still gave 100% when he was on the floor and was a big part of the Bulls completing their 2nd 3-peat.

I'm pretty confident the Rodman experiment with the Lakers would've been successful if Phil was already in place as head coach. He understood you kinda just had to step back and let Dennis be himself. It could be frustrating at times but it usually led to a good performance on the floor.

I remember he had a turn back the clock game versus Phoenix on their floor where he was seemingly everywhere; gobbled up every rebound....every loose ball.....pesky defense.....but then a game versus Portland.....he wasn't engaged at all; seemed bored....didn't even play the 2nd half....and there was no explanation. I kinda had a feeling his days were numbered at that point; and they were, sadly.
