As Phil Jackson was crazy about Rodman's actions, he understood that having such a player is almost the same as having Jordan or Pippen on the team. Dennis was destroying the opposing team, they're getting into their soul, they're confused, they're furious, they can't think about the game, I don't think about Rodman. A great player.

In 1997 and 1998 finals Malone just destroyed him. I give Rodman the props for the 1996 finals and his overall contribution for the second three peat, but his best years were in Detroit. Pippen was also pretty much finished after the fifth ring. He turned from sidekick to role player fast in 1997-98.

I was born in 1988 ans then in 1997-98 i was study in school, was skating on my skate-Blind, was skitchin my agressive roces-Khuti, and of course watching NBA and other more! Rodman was a beast. I read his book years ago, man this dude had some spunk. Going to Las Vegas, four hours of sleep, then playing a game to perfection. You will never see this today, owners know the fans will pay whether they win or lose, so why would they care?
