I think the show was cancelled because of having themes that wouldn't fly on Nickelodeon like some sexual content but could instead be on Adult Swim/etc.
I mean this show would have been all but forgotten if Zone didn't pull it out of the abyss.

Uh, just to let you guys know I read in Wikipedia that Agent Xero the main girl character is actually a young woman. Meaning that she is about 18 to 20 years old (Yeah, yeah, she's legal boys no FBI allowed blah blah blah 🙄) I thought that was pretty damn interesting though not having the main character to be a kid or a teenager for once.

I love how the 2nd part of the video is literally describing the "fanmade second episode" in details xD.
Honestly, I don't think modifyers don't have a shot because of that, nowdays there are a lot of series that get those type of animations and the show is still running even after years from that incident.I really hope the show comes back in some shape or form, like one of the characters having a background cameo or something like that, but a full series would have been sick
