This was one of the best episodes ever. I feel a bit sorry for Sue though, she could barely get a word in. ✌️
So much life in this conversation!
Please please have Susan back on so we can get to know her more!
Thank you!
Actually, the moment at 7:40 explains so much.
My favorite episode so far! I’m currently listening to it for the second time. Thank you!
This was fantastic! You can just feel the history and love between these three. Can’t wait to hear the Mexico run!
Chris sure has the gift of stories! Interesting how shy Derek seems on stage (he rarely looks at the audience) but is definitely his fathers son in interviews... but only appropriate stories.
This was a great storytelling pod cast . Loved this
Such a great episode! TTB at MSG was seriously one of the best and most fun shows I saw in the last year. They had the entire place up and dancing the whole show. Lukas Nelson opening was amazing. Than holy smokes.. TTB tore it up! The set started more on the mellow side I'd say but it just kept getting hotter and hotter. Having Norah Jones sitting in, Trey and Lukas was simply incredible. Derek playing Becks Bolero was outta this world. And then it was just an unbelievable dream set of so many great covers. Layla, Bell Bottom blues, Heartbreaker by the Stones, The Seeker by the Who(one of the best tunes that night), A Song for you by Leon Russell, and so many others. They pulled out all the stops for Sly and the family Stone's Sing a Simple song as well as Higher!! I love the Beacon but seeing them tear up msg was extra special and I hope they do it again sometime. That and I would really love an annual tribute to the Allman brothers. That was the last show I saw right before the world closed down the next day and phew what a way to go into a pandemic. It's a shame cause that show should have gotten a ton of accolades and five stars for how awesome it was. But it was kinda forgotten about since everything closed down the next day. I think it should be an annual celebration cause the ABB music needs to live on and be remembered and cherished in the same way the Dead's music will always live on! Just my humble opinion. Thanks for such a wonderful episode. 🙏💜🎶✌️
