Yeah, that handle grip for the blade is truly a great innovation. I just don't know if the blade is of the same excellent quality as the Italian-made, chromium-plated carbon steel stuff the likes of Beswood. Edit: Interesting, my Beswood 250-RX has similar 6.6mm (a bit larger than 1/4") threaded holes in the blade, but none of the screws in the unit are sized correctly to thread through them. It's like they wanted to copy Vevor, but didn't fully think it through. I wonder if some replacement screws from Vevor would work?

This passed Christmas I got the 12" meat slicer. Looking forward to using it. As for savings how much lunch meat I use, It will pay for itself in 6 months.

You should inform your viewers that VEVOR ( Chinese company ) does not not support their product after warranty, if for any reason such as normal ware and tear or in need to change a blade or one of your sharpening stone or any thing else, you will not be able to purchase them, you will have to purchase a brand new slicer... Think about it prior to purchase...

Man getting a slicer, dehydrator, and a Costco business membership will save you more money on food then just about anything
Buying farmer direct beef goes a long way too if you cannot raise your own. See also: hunting & fishing, backyard birds.

Awesome review. That adjuster knob with the nut is there to prevent uneven slices when you are slicing anything paper thin.

Good vid thanks, agree the instructions are crap. I think you will find shipping it dull is intentional, a lot of knife manufacturers do the same.
I bought the same exact model about 6 months ago, works great, but sadly my blade does not have the threaded holes.

Blades for these are industry standard and can be bought for about 70-80 bucks from sources like Websturant.
