  • Hi beautiful! Welcome to my channel, my name is Darya and I am here to guide you to reconnect with yourself - your mind and your body. This slow yoga flow is perfect if you want to unwind after a long day, feel a sense of relief from stress and anxieties, come back to self.
    In this 25 min routine, I will guide you through breath awareness meditation, couple of yin yoga poses that help to reduce anxiety levels as well as a 5 min breathwork in the end of the practice. Every level of experience is welcome - flow is beginner friendly, all you need is your beautiful self, mat or a rug and an optional blanket for comfort.
