This channel is managed by the Krishnamurti Foundation Trust, UK, and by the Krishnamurti Foundation of America.
The role of the foundations was described by Krishnamurti when he said, 'The foundations will see to it that these teachings are kept whole, are not distorted, are not made corrupt. They will not give rise to any sectarian spirit in their activities... nor create any kind of place of worship around the teachings or the person.'
We maintain extensive archives of Krishnamurti's original works and all four Krishnamurti foundations are actively engaged in the publication of material in various forms.
Our videos contain thousands of subtitles in more than 25 languages, translated by volunteers from all over the world. If you would like to help us with translating subtitles, please contact us at digital@kfoundation.org

I am consciousness I am in conflict but if I don't identify myself as the body mind and attend to awareness without choosing. I am free of the conflict in my consciousness. I am that in which all things appear. Awareness. Pure awareness is all there is the rest is an illusion or partial representation. The pain and suffering of our consciousness can be transcended when we observe with choiceless awareness. K lives.
Yes true. in extended observation what happens is that more and more information that was already there becomes visible. When this expands further the brain's energy is fully occupied as a mirror, and as a result it becomes silent.
When the mind is silent and observation is full on, the "observer" is not.
(I have a video in the making about true observation right now)
It’s like being caught in a nightmare that appears so real. I remember being in one, long ago. I was so frightened until I suddenly realized I was in a dream. The second I realized this, I woke up! Think that’s what K is telling us. It’s the act of awareness and seeing that can free us. But one must be able to see the whole consciousness of mankind in it’s totality. Once we see the whole structure of it, then order comes in naturally. The solution lies in the art of seeing.
Through awareness comes conflict resolution
Thank u sir
Thank you ❤️
Thank you krishnaji 🙏🙏❤
This Man is amazing 🙏🤍😌
You can't escape from your mind and body. Still, yes you can see what is free from all these and live a conflict-free life by living a choiceless life without this me because this Me creates desires and fear and leads to endless conflict so you can never be free, peaceful, satisfied, and happy.
Ah! What a nugget! Chills !!
Desai?
You are in conflict. Your consciousness is the sum total of your life experience as processed by your human brain and emotions. You are your consciousness. You are the conflict.

@@KFoundation Thank you very much!
Is wanting to understand a thing a motive?
No . That's what people tend to do when they are not in tune with the life .
Wanting to understand itself has no motive. Because you are already it. The motive is the reason why you want to understand.
There's no motive...only understanding. Wanting could result in a method...a pattern....thought.
I guess he means that you don’t have a choice for the outcome, because the choice and the motives are modeled by our education and social conditionings.
I don’t care what happens he frequently said
Ideally, we'd have no great attachment to one outcome over another, we'd just observe the result, accept it and carry on.
What does he mean by choiceless awareness? Can you give me an example of choosing, what am I choosing?
Your very asking is looking outside for an answer.
You are choosing the trajectory of psychological time (which is the self). Psychological time manifests as “I”, belief, faith, hope, violence, desire, etc, etc.
Keep observing the self in the NOW
Choiceless awareness in my perception based on JK's view: when you observe yourself in any situation be it meditation or your daily activities in the world, you would come across some thoughts and then there is "reactions" which leads to conflict...and now one would go after that thought reacting to resolve it or try to suppress it then we are lost...because of the choice one makes...but if we stand still just observing without any effort then there is choiceless awareness...like Mother's love to her child...which is choiceless, unconditioned...simple ex:- when you watch beauty of mountain the self seems small before it and there is beauty...but when you go to shopping you may see restlessness because of the choices...infact its due to reactions to those choices...
Therefore JK says "there is beauty (love) when self is not..
Choosing only happens when there’s confusion. Therefore when there’s clarity, there’s no confusion.
that’s a funny ? and is the paradox of which he speaks.
It means there is no choice but still as a choice, which is auto created. You and no one responsible for it's happening. Give your attention it becomes awareness. It is inaction but not action. For instance, the engine of auto vehicle has started but auto vehicle is not running. You know about it, that's your awareness. You are not doing it. Suppose that it has done by other human being like you!
human being = monster. i am not
