So you're going out? You want to have some fun! It's going to be awesome -- potentially. It all boils down to pre-party prep. In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is going over 10 things before going out.
Hitting the Town? Before You Leave, Do These!
1. Make sure your grooming game is strong
2. Make sure you look better than your friends
3. Consolidate your wallet - ID + debit card & cash in slim wallet
4. Charge your phone completely and have these two apps: Uber and Discotech
5. Eat something substantial to have a base in your stomach to help slow the absorption of alcohol
6. Hydrate - drink water before you go out and then also when you get home to avoid a hang-over
7. Brush your teeth! Don't be the guy with nasty breath and stuff in your teeth. Also bring gum and mints with you.
8. Hide a key to get back in your house instead of bringing your keys with you
9. Visit an ATM to get some cash
10. Drink responsibly! Don't be the guy fighting or blacking out. Be careful and take it easy.

The two most important rules to going out IMO:
1. NEVER go out with the expectations that you'll get laid. Your odds will significantly drop if you think you're guaranteed to meet a girl and take her back to your place.
You need to be going out with the intention of having fun and letting loose. If you're having fun, girls WILL notice that and trust me they will even approach YOU often times.
2. Immediately make conversation with people and keep the momentum going, think of it as a fire you have to keep it burning and make sure it doesn't die out. The longer you wait to talk or approach people, the harder your night is going to be. It's extremely important that you break conversation with basically anyone about anything, regardless if they accept you or reject you. Talk to the bouncer and ask how the vibe is, talk to someone random at the gas station, approach someone immediately when you get a drink. The whole point is loosening yourself up and keeping your confidence at a peak.

One thing that helps me get pumped before going to the club is screaming in the car as loud as I can.
Pro tip!
I did that once and didn't realize the SUV I parked next to was full of people with Windows down. My confidence tanked when I got out of my car to a full car of people laughing their asses off. I quickly walked away towards the club and hid behind a dumbster and waited for the SUV to leave. Once they left I hopped in my car and drove home. That was my Saturday night.

Here is one from me based on personal expirience:
Get extra cash. I'm not telling you to get more cash to spend but have so extra for emergencies.. you never know when you'll need it especially for a first time going out. You need to have enough to buy drinks, eat whatever (before or after clubbing) , get an uber/taxi (before and/or after). Also in case you feel getting drunk take 15 minute breaks in which i suggest going to the toilet or drinking water like you mean it.
And most importantly.. have fun!

esrevinu I know you probably have 0 experience with it, even tho coke is more dangerous than MDMA, use it at the club instead of MDMA. The vast majority of people who die from it either consumes too much water, barely any or mix it with alcohol, most happen at clubs aswell.

Here are my three things for having a good time at a bar or club, that often feel right to do so.
1. Turn on the music loud in your car, and practice talking over it. Often clubs and bars have loud music, and talking won't be possible during that time.
2. Listen to some heavy music that involves screaming and scream along to it. One thing it does is get your nervousness out of your system, your brain is alert to anything, and your throat doesn't sound hoarse or dry. Also helps if you want to do some karaoke.
3. Survey the scene first when you enter and don't just walk to your usual place and order drinks. This helps notice the vibe, mood, and how you can proceed.

Night clubs are horrible to go to, unless you enjoy seeing fights, and pretentious women/men.
I have anxiety pretty bad too, but if you go with a friend or two and meet people along the way it goes away. Especially after a few drinks lol

Try to eat something high in B-12, like salmon since alcohol strips the body of it. Yogurt has plenty of macronutrients (greek or french style is my favorite, especially if you aren’t partial to the taste of yogurt the French style is best {Oui yogurt strawberry flavored}) and is a slow digesting food so it will stick to you for a while. Hummus and avocado I hear are pretty good too. A few of my “party girl” friends swear by a glass of plain milk. I’m guess that’s due to the potassium. If you’re in a pinch and don’t have for a filling meal, then anything with carbs should due.
Lastly something else to be aware of is how much fat/muscle you have. It’s not an absolute, I’m a fat girl myself but apparently still a light weight one. I’m sure that’s just because I don’t drink at the level my friends do. Anyway, some studies have shown that those with higher fat or muscle percentage tend to be able to handle larger amounts of alcohol as opposed to leaner people. It’s still not an exact science but something to consider. Also while a shot of liquid can take about an hour to leave your blood stream and lose most of its effects a large glass of wine could take three hours, depending on your metabolism. Stay safe and have fun guys 👍🏼
