Hi ! Alex I am from INDIA, I have been trying to make my daily routine in a systematic manner but unfortunately I cannot make it. Being an engineering student I also had to face effects while studying. I also do karate so it became very difficult to manage both still I want to study and do karate parallelly. Please help me out in this, on how can I manage my daily routine and change my lifestyle. It would be a big help for me.........

04:38 It's not weird at all, I also have protein shake with my dinner (sometimes) but mostly have it with breakfast. The combo just goes well when having it with the dinner and it's delicious aswell. And would like to know what books you listen to that are related to marketing 😀
