Criston Cole is so mf lucky he's got dornish blood in him. That generational PTSD the ancient valyrians gave his ancestors singlehandedly caused that one thought, "I should look above" before they start booking it.
i mean, he is supposedly one of the very few knights in the red keep that actually saw real combat, that´s why he seems so more serious regarding war affair against every other dummy
The difference in Cole being a serious focused knight who’s come from modest beginnings vs a rich boarding school snarky clown essentially (but I love the latter way more)
I personally think that the actor who portrays as Gwayne Hightower could've been a PERFECT young adult Aegon, Tom's killing it don't get me wrong but I just can't help but imagine 💯
She was told to scout so she’s already done to much and then you want her to burn the forest down, is her name the mad king. Shows what kinda person you are. 😂
Good job general, you started an uncontrollable fire that rapidly spreads throughout the region for thousands of miles just to kill 3 men (with no dragons) what’s your next strategic move? Hearts and minds? Nope you indirectly killed many civilians and destroyed a lot of crops and vegetation. Never enlist bro
If the dragonrider was Chinese, she'd have burned the forest. It's a favorite tactic of anicent Chinese generals when dealing with enemies who hide behind trees.
I think cavalry forces should disperse while running towards the forest in order to reduce the chances of a dragon destroying the whole group in a single attack
Baela wasn't thinking like Aemond, if she caught them, then what? I believe that she didn't use fire because it's not their territory and they're trying to gain more allies. You can't go around damaging people's property, possibly starting a forest fire that might kill innocents and expect them to join your side.
Thanks for the explanations but I believe she was close enough to see that is Creston and Alicent's brother. All she had to do was throw a firebolt. War was already declared when her brother was killed by Aemon. That was a point blank shot right there literally. I say it's the plot armor.
@@spencr_xo house Valerion look exactly like house Targaryen. There the same people. So casting them as black doesn’t make sense. The black people are the people of the summer isles in the main story. They have a completely different story.

Dorne bows to no one.
I have never seen a comment, so true in my life. That generation of PTSD is different.😅
Never thought of that. That might actually be true 😂
Well, imagine if they kill one of the main characthers in a scene that doesnt exist in the books.
House Cole isnt dornish. They're from the stormlands
Cole is actually a reasonable man when he's outside of the Red Keep
"The Red Keep?" Excuse me, her name is Alicent Hightower, have some respect.
@@rachael8646 He's a knack for royal women
Half of the problems of the Targaryans could have been avoided if they put their people onto tasks they were best at.
I liked the detail on horses, it screams “we are not the same, I’m UPPER CLASS”
I must be annoying for COLE to have to be the Serious one while everyone else is goofing around
I feel like the film makers realize they have made Cole way too unlikeable and needs to find a way to partially redeem him
@@quakethedoombringer yeah, i would like cole if he weren’t unlikeable

Five bucks says Gwayne Hightower shat himself in his armor.
I'll make it ten bucks. ✋️
Make it 20

Plot armor --- Fire breathing dragon versus forest. She should have made several sweeps, even if she didn't get them, she should have tried.

Lol OP is an imbecile and got called out.
This is not Balerion the Black Dread, Moondancer is a faily small dragon and the forest is huge.

Honestly, I was thinking when I was watching this scene😂
I think cavalry forces should disperse while running towards the forest in order to reduce the chances of a dragon destroying the whole group in a single attack
I would’ve loved it if she just gave one sweep of the trees to try and flush them out.
can we get the scene of rhaenyra bidding farewell to her sons
Targaryens, no bravery. Easy to fight ontop of a dragon. They got what they deserved
at this point the hightowers figured out, the dragons need to go
Yeah, I believe the Grand Maester Conspiracy.
They orchestrated their downfall (Like Faceless men did to valyria)
@@asp5399 and the realm was better for it.
So burning down a neutral forest and making your faction look like provocateurs is your definition of “bravery”?
@@ThePointlessBox_ is it?
No bravery? They got people as braver as the normal people of Westeros even if they're not riding their dragons.
can that dragon not firebreath or are the knights wearing plot armor?
Baela wanted to know who they were
She was ordered not to engage
She was ordered not to kill. She's doing some recon.
