- Balancing Table Top (Bird/ Dog Pose) variations
- Abdominal Crunch
- Criss Cross with Straight Legs
- Bridge
- Tricep Dip with Reverse Tabletop / Reverse Plank
- Forearm Plank
- Side Forearm Plank
- Back Extension with Arms Reach Back
- Half Straddle with Side Bend
- Low Lunge with Twist
