    (d) Slow Eccentric Pause Towel Curl (5 reps)
    (e) Towel Curl (10 reps)

    Arms exhausted after this routine with the tight grip same as gripping dumb bells and bar bells ,its something we have forgotten so many times that tight grip.Thanks coach for this invaluable reminder and routine.Keep them coming sir.

    I like the towel idea. I'm going to take that. My grip on the kettlebell on curls feels a bit awkward so I think that'll improve it greatly. Thanks!!

    Seems extremely dangerous if that bell slips out of your hand. Death or certain serious injury.
