2013 Dodge Ram no start no key on power. Among many other issues

2013 DODGE RAM nothing will turn on, truck was purchased at a local junkyard 😳 but truck ran for a few months, until brake light got stuck on and truck starter stalling intermittently. 12 months later it has 2 used BCM’s , used engine, many other sensors… thank you for watching and please subscribe it will help the channel in a huge way!!! Is the 2.5 volt bias suppose to be there even with key off? I was thinking maybe an ignition switch issue at first

Key on for the bias… I was going to check switch but than I saw activity on CAN line… witch made me think switch was ok…

Mine is 2014 ecodiesel, says ignition or accessory on and it won't start, can anyone help me out with some tips!! I'm sooo disgusted with Chrysler and ram!!! Battery showing 12 volts.

First thing I do is run a full scan with a good scanner… all the modules then check the starter also the main engine ground. Make sure your test light is connected to the battery… I hear you about Dodges, and the newer ones are absolutely crap!! Good luck man!!!

What did you actually do to get the Truck Communicating ❓

Unplugged the module under carpet on passenger side it communicated and started I had to cycle the key. Then I purchased a used one on EBAY. The ABS light was on after that and it needed an ABS module that had to be programmed. Good Luck 🍀👍

You are correct 👍 to me they are very problematic… specially with their network…
