Thanks Tony for the Car Show tour. Enjoyed seeing the 1962 Ford convertibles as my father had one back in the day - his being a Galaxie 500 Sunliner in gloss Black with white convertible roof, 352 V8 , Cruise o matic Automatic transmission, power steering and brakes and was a California car driven thru to Connecticut by my brother after he got out of the Navy in 1966. Sold to our Dad so he could buy his 1966 Chevelle Super Sport 396.

Nash Metropolitan… my uncle had several he spoke of non standardized production he used to go on about male and female cars how certain parts didn’t interchange they were opposing… I want to say he said the female car was the doomed one because it couldn’t interchange there was some anomaly with those cars. He restored two. A blue and white and a red and white one. He had to have 6 or 8 to make those 2. So many beautiful cars to comment on I can’t take the space. I’m glad you were in MoTown and thank you for showing all these cars. The vinyl top delete 5 was gorgeous… glad you car got the spotlight ! I love car shows you did this nicely.

I love that 1979 Lincoln Continental Collector's Series car but honestly that owner shouldn't be allow to enter that car in the show. He mislabeled the car as a 1978 to get it pass the regulations but anyone who knows anything about Ford Motor Cars realizes that the car is a 1979. So he must know someone high up in the show who allowed the car to enter. Rules for me but NOT for thee.
But as an overall at the show, honestly, I would say your wagon was my favorite. Don't want to sound basis but the Country Squire so elegant and i'm glad that you got to preview it with the announcers at the grand stand.
