I have extreme post-exercise insomnia problems (maybe due to elevated hr and core temp even 8-16 hours after exercise) and also a bit restricted/bad breathing in general and during exercise. Is the cause related to EPOC? At this point I'm not sure if my breathing and racing hr is caused by bad cardio fitness, or if it's the orher way around.
