    Sorry for all the questions
    So if someone is power lifting would they take a 3 min break between each lift?
    If you were just resistant training and doing sets and reps would your body use a different system i assume?
    How does your body know when its best to use this type of energy system rather than another one?
    Is this system by people take creatinine supplements?
