Dope Im looking at a 2001 now thinking of doing a kswap full motor build but having trouble trying to figure out which head to put with which block. Been going through some forums and def thinking i want to get a rsx tranny but have also read that its a good idea to change out a couple gears on it and add lsd.
Bitcoin Trucker ok man. 04-05 has the facelift and bigger headlights with cooler aftermarket grills. swapping in the rsx stuff is tricky but not impossible. I think you need to get the engine/trans mounts from the rsx too
Understood .. Gonna strip the whole car suspension and all its gonna take a bit to get done and not really aiming for a track car leaning more towards street

How can you tell?
@@ineednos cause the Es2(Sedan) and the Em2(coupe/Coupé) runs from the year 2001 to 2005, which this car in the video fall under and the es1 is the predecessor model civic. But tbh all the information ,I'm giving u is the American chassis code for the this model civic. So it might be call something different somewhere else.

@@ineednos actually I'm wrong the es1 is from 01 to 03 and the es2 is from 04 to 05. So the chassis code used in the video title is right.
