- We are reaching the end of another decade. It is time to look back at what the Eurovision Song Contest brought us in the last ten years.
We have seen 10 different stages, 10 different themes, 10 host cities, 30 hosts and 408 songs.

Australia being 7th in terms of points is an incredible feat considering they have only competed for half of the decade.
I would love to see them bringing the trophy down under one day.. Hopefully soon, they deserve it!

Itay started the decade with a second place, ended it with a second place and is second overall. Makes sense.
The United Kingdom started the decade with the last place and ended it the same way ;)

It was quite a decade for us in the Netherlands. From a series of non qualifiers all the way to a winning song.

And even after a long period with only one qualification for the Grand Final between 2004 and 2012, which was in 2004 with ''Without You'' by Re-Union.
Yes, the 2010s has been quite a journey for the Netherlands at Eurovision. It started out the decade as a loser, and now it walks away a winner at the decade's end. You guys deserve it. See you next year in Rotterdam.

The Eurovision Song Contest is definitely the best TV show ever. The 2020 contest will be amazing and eventful and so will every edition following it, just like all of them in the last decade and before that.

The worst is 'We're dancing with the demons in our minds.' I believe that demons exist. They turned against God. (My source is the Bible. ) I don't think it sounds great to dance with an antagonist.
At first I liked the song a lot. But after reading the lyrics I changed my mind.
Yeeey, Bulgaria is 8th with just a few entries this decade. So proud of Poli, Kristian and Equinox.
Finland on the other hand place really really low. Way lower than even the underdogs countries like Lavia Croatia or Belarus. I just counted every paritipated countries points in the last decade and Finland only has 188 points. Only higher than Montenegro and Sanmarino. As for Sweden of course the highest with 2415 points in total 9 yeas
I'll give sofi and elitsa & stoyan kudos too since they were pretty good, pretty much the only low in the decade was the 2010 entry I completely forgot about

Which non winning countries would you like to win the most in 2020's?
For me it's Cyprus, Malta, Iceland, Croatia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Armenia, Czechia, San Marino XD, Romania and Poland!
Last year I said. North Macedonia is going to win. And oh well i was not that much wrong xD
Poland, Czech Republic and Lithuania have sufficient infrastructures for the contest and I believe they can do it really well.
Armenia and Bulgaria deserve it, usually sends very good songs.

This decade was a underdog story fr the netherlands starting at a low with 2010 and 11 eventually finishing staring to get a little wind in 2012 (finishing 10th woth the televote in the semi) finally making it to the big leagues in 2013 and surprising the competition by finishing pretty high (9/26) the next year surprising even more and themselves by almost winning (2014) getting a bit cocky because of the recent results getting their ass whooped the year after (2015 not making the finale) then the next couple of year (16 and 17) a bit more modest this time shows what they are made off but it diesbt seem to stuck as hard as it did when he almost so they still comeback but holds themselves back this year preparing for the year after and therefor finishing lower than the years before (18th in 2018 compared to 11th in 2016 and 17) this is all for their master offensive in the last year of the decade and surprises everyone by winning it all. They went from not worth talking about to winning the whole damn thing.

I know the microphones for Eurovision have been the same for over 5 years now. The sound quality has been the same for past years.
Vis tak I just threw on some Corsair 7.1 headphones and wow, I can hear a difference. I was using ordinary phone speakers before, so it was hard to hear much of a difference.

you should have won in 2015 (cuz Italy won the televote and Sweden came third) and this is coming from someone who is from Sweden. When Greece and Cyprus gives you 12 points instead of giving it to each other, that's how you know you should have won xD
